Super Hotel O Hanuman Pet Near Railway Station formerly Sitara

I have booked a room through a call as it was late night as I was travelling. When checked-in, receptionist showed us the room and it was smelling very very very very bad, the seeling was dirty, there were small hairs all over the bed, blanket and on the floor. When asked him to change the bed sheet or atleast to provide another blanket, he told us their is nothing is available. As it was late night 01:35 we had no other option but to check in and sleep. Later when I went to washroom/bathroom water was not coming when I was trying to flush which was disgusting. Then observed that there are 3 taps including the sink, tried to wash my hands but the water was not coming in the sink as well. A/c was also not working. No hot water, when asked for hot water he told it will be available only after 6 am in the morning that to till 9 am. I would like to not to rate 0 star's because the 0 (zero) will loose its value.

Pathetic hotel which is worse than a rundown lodge.... wonder why booking.com is not only associated, but recommending this place as value for money place to stay.... had a harrowing experience after having booked the place.. thankfully didnt stay as the rooms were not clean and most of the fixtures seemed broken or in dire need of repairs....

Blankets with all sort of marks Request for good blanket was not honoured Room is ok but not adviced to take family Construction is untidy and loathsome. Hot water provided As our stay was only for few hours managed to accept it. Oyo mentions discount but was not honoured. Out of my experience along with this one ...i will never book OYO properties again. I found some photos given on Google were also not of the property

I stayed with a friend for tree days. On the last evening, we received a message about missing information regarding the check in for our flight the next day. The staff of the hotel was very helpful to find solutions to the problem that we faced. Much gratitude for that!

Minimum essential supplies missing, such as soap and shampoo. With this I did not expect tea maker should be given. The AC is leaking inside room 401. One feels the Lift-Alarms so loudly and clerly in the room itself disturbing your badly needed sleep routines. I could not sleep the whole night. Otherwise people are responsive. I got a news paper when asked for.

I think worst hotel stay I ever had. I went to this cause it was Oyo owned but I didn’t know pathetic service I will receive. In 24 hours water supply was nil. Water was not available since morning. Wifi doesn’t work here at all in rooms. Moreover there are no jio connections as well in the rooms. Electricity ran out for almost 2 hours. When we went to the reception to complain, the staff there said if you want you can leave ad you have so many issues. This is pathetic. Called oyo too but they didn’t provide any resolution. Please please don’t go to this hotel. The staff is so rude here.

Room was clean but there were pubic hair all over the bed so they changed the room but there was same problem then they shifted me to another room on 4th floor and there the air condition was not working, worked after one hour later. Landline was not working, I had to go down thrice to inform them about bed, ac etc. There were no soap and no shampo, Very bad experience. I had to clean the bed as I was in the room and there were pubic hair also. Didn't gave me wifi password Oyo has become non recommendable and trustable Disgusting

Very. Good in rooms and bed shit but only one prblm if we contact u in land line so plz provide land line in all rooms
