Hotel Marg Krishnaaya

The hotel was good, clean and peaceful. The location is just perfect for every place to cover, right at the Benz circle. The restrooms were clean and room service was good. Hotel maintenance was neat and we liked it. Staff were well behaved and nicely talking to all. It was fine stay. But the worst part as well is the room location. We got corner side room, 411. It was on to the main road and too noisy all night long. Couldn't catch a wink of sleep for 2 nights straight. Too much noise frok outside filters inside.

I have visited this hotel to meet my friend who was staying in that hotel. Room is not clean and bad smell 😫 coming. Also they are not keeping glass in the room for drinking water. They are refusing to provide empty glass to drink water. They are saying, if empty glass provide, same will be used for drinking liquor brought from out side. Service is very poor. They have served water after 45 minutes with 4-5 reminder calls. Worst experience

The rooms are old and not maintained. High time the bathrooms be revamped and something as basic as the commode be changed. I asked for something as basic as a moisturizer, which they said they didn't have. The property, if maintained by an efficient team, can be a good place to stay. I had stayed here for around two weeks last year, in the last one year so much has changed. The reception staff need to be trained to be polite and courteous. The in charge of the restaurant was impolite and hardly cared for the feedback. I asked for the manager to be called in, they told me he comes late and hence is not available. Looks like no one realt cares about this property or it's up-keep. What a pity! Despite it being 8AM a lot of items on the buffet were still not ready. The hotel initially refused me from bringing food from outside and then later allowed. It is not right to force guests to eat from the restaurant in the hotel. Overall had a very bad experience. Will think twice before staying here again.

Very convenient location. Roadside rooms are noisy but they obliged my request and change to other side. Staff are very courteous but they need training. House keeping and room service staff really need training. They are polite but do not know the standards. Food is good but the staff stand around without serving and some times you have no clue it is coffee pot or tea pot. Wi fi is very bad. It doe not take much to improve this hotel, great value for the money if they train their staff.

This is a good hotel but looks like a aged one. This is a good place to have a office meeting and similar stuff but a great place for a date! This is well furnished and has a corporate seminar hall and well arranged lounge. Though the hotel is recently built but it looks make us believe its much older. The food taste good and you can put your money on that.

Hotel is ok but the bathrooms are really in a bad condition, air conditioning also is poor. Overall 2 out of 5. Professionalism of the reception area can be improved, since i personally didn't find them to be professional in terms of their dressing attire since the male person was in casuals. Food was ok ok Not much options in Breakfast.

Located near Benz circle, a hotel with restaurant. Not too much in the menu. Soup not upto mark. Starters not tasty enough. Main course was not upto expectation. Overall not much impressed with food. Interiors are good. They have buffet also. They do serve alcohol which we didn't expect.

This is the hotel in which I stay most of the times. Reception staff is good and very cordial. Rooms are also nice and decently maintained. In last few visit I have noticed that housekeeping staff is very lazy and takes too much time in responding. My colleague has asked for an iron and it took multiple reminders to get that one. Have given feedback to the front staff, I hope same has been fixed now.
