Hotel Kosala

I decided to book based on Google reviews. How come Google promote such hotels with hight ratings? It seems, here after i must not check Google for hotels.. I'm writing this review when I'm sitting at the property. This hotel is not at all clean, insects over the bed, mosquito torture. Cigarette smell, No intercom, alternative room also not good. what else required for bad hotel? They asked me advance payment a before arrival and full payment before check in. After shouting at them, they showed me one more room where I have to stay because it almost 11pm and I don't have energy to find another hotel at this time after long travel. So guys, my humble request is don't pay advance for any reason, visit the room, if ok then stay. That my lesson at KOSALA 🙏🏻

Very bad experience in this hotel. Even though we booked earlier, rooms are not alloted,after araving they took more time allot rooms. They alloted room which already alloted to others. Rooms are not maintained properly, cockroaches are there in room. They took one hour to give TV remote. Service is worst, they unable to give coffee in the morning. It is better to avoid to book this hotel.

Hotel staff are kind and polite. Good place to stay in a town. Really enjoyed my stay. Humble staff.

Very bad place. Photos are not same as tge actual. The bedsheets and towels are very old and not clean. The smells very bad and bathrooms are not clean. Find a different place

Hotel is good. But if you have car for parking, you are gonna face problems as there is no designated space
