Surya Inn hotel

I have been there in this hotel almost 20 days My father admitted in Ayush hospital , it’s near by this hospital But last three days while I was sleeping the hospital owner it’s self tried to opened the door and tried stole my valuables so I lodged a compliant in police station so hospital owner it’s self agreed that I have committed and settlement done so pls beware of this hotel while going there if any one required for more than 7 days pls don’t refer this hotel

Worst room i ve ever been….pathetic room service…bathroom flush was not working even after several complaints, even today reception guy threatened me like i have ur adhaar card details and he was threatened me like that for baragain some money because i have been paying that room like a week of 1day money…..on the second day of my room there was a 9 yr old kid with me and my sister …we have taken a double bed room we have even requested the owner kid cant sleep without us and they’ve been scolding us to have kid with us and we have to pay extra charge for the Kid too rooms were toooo small….even our neighbour roomates have issues with the hotel and their management..so my review will be even worse than 1 star it would be 0.5/5

PATHETIC PATHETIC one of the worst hotel I ever have been to.linen is covered with blood stains.They took 500 for early check in.I called in advance to keep room ready,yet it was not and they bought another set of linen with blood statins.Room stinks eventually had to leave .Don’t waste your valuable money on this stupid and worst hotel.Pathetic management as well

Rooms are good and clean, but service related to payments is pathetic. I checked in hotel around 11.30 PM and reception guy calls me around next day night 11.30PM and ask for payment. They cannot wait for next day morning or they cannot ask early as well. My relatives took room around 6.30AM and same guy asked payment from my relatives that too I have told him please don’t ask payments from my relatives.

Rooms r Good and the Staff cooperation is excellent to their coustomers. Rooms were maintained very clean and budget frendly.
