I would have given 0 if I had the option. Pathetic room has bed bugs, mosquitoes and bedsheet with stains. Bathroom door doesn’t get locked and the another room they offered is also equally bad.

The hotel maintenance is not at all good. They don't have basic facilities to their rooms like curtains for windows. When we asked them to change the room they will talk arrogant and rude words towards my family. The hotel staff behaviour is worst. They even don't know how to speak with customer and how to respect customer when customer asked anything. Due to their behaviour and rooms immediately I checked out the hotel within 5 mins after check-in. I will not at all suggests to family this hotel due to their staff behaviour and rude words. Please don't visit this place because I have experienced the worst worst. Thanks.

In hotels, where only certain rooms alloyed to OYO, the hotel management clearly showing difference between their rooms and OYO rooms in terms of room allocation, maintenance and room services. Don’t prefer such accommodation.

Hotel is in a prime location and room maintenance is very good. There is mosquito problem in the area. Management should look at installing air tight doors or closing the gaps in the doors

Dirty linens, full of mosquitoes, dusty room!! Not worth it, you have better options around it. Avoid this hotel unless extremely necessary.

You can find tons of mosquitoes in the hotel room, there are some small bugs on the bed sheets, horrible, terrible !

Called Oyo while on way to the hotel. I was told the hotel online update said I had already checked in??? Thankfully I got a room at check in. I got a room with TV not functioning, spots on walls and water dripping in the bathroom. My room was changed after complaining. I used mosquito since my room was full of mosquitoes. With loud sounds from movies in reception at night, you can't sleep. Will I come back to this hotel, definitely NOT.

Rooms are spacious, but cleanniness is not as expected for the price. Service is very poor. Bathroom taps are not functioning properly, water taps doesn't close, bathroom doesn't have latch. TV doesn't work. They are least bothered to attend inconvenience of the guests. People are staying there because of location advantage.
