Hotel Pratibha Grand

Room and ambience are good. Bath room is neat and clean. But the receptionists are always serious. You don't expect a warm welcome from them. They don't know how to please customers. I didn't see not even a small smile on their lips during two days. We were like strangers to them. They don't know what customer handling is. Except that everything else is OK, fine.

We have booked and made full payment through make my trip website . When we reached hotel and asked Hotel staff for check in , Hotel staff denied check in. They told all rooms are booked. We have asked when we have made full payment and we have confirmed booking how can our booking can be cancelled . They were casually telling " u go and ask make my trip and not us " . Complete irresponsible behaviour from hotel staff .During mid night 1 o clock me with my wife and 2 kids have searched for some other hotel . So i request all to avoid booking this useless hotel

At this price rooms which they provide is of great value especially when considering location.... But there are many downsides also. Staff are not very co-operative and they behave as if they met some enemy. Hygiene is very poor. I was seeing the dirty plates and food waste on the corridor which was left by people stayed in our neighbouring room. After we came also they didn't remove it but only when new customers came to that room that is for more than 24 hours since our arrival they didn't remove it.... If you are seeing free breakfast on some online platform don't believe it.... They won't provide. When we arrived at hotel we asked for some help shifting the luggages, but they told that service is not available. Many a times when I talked with them they were behaving in such a way that they don't want to be bothered by anybody. If all this is ok for you, you can stay at this hotel but else better to avoid this hotel.

Do not book this hotel at online price, you have to pay extra amount (almost double) at hotel. Rude behaviour and worst reception experience. We turned back from the hotel with the unpleasant behaviour. They are attracting customer through online prices but you have to pay the price of their choice.

This hotel is centrally located and near railway station in Gandhinagar. Small hotel ideal for short stays. Rooms are small. AC takes lot of time for cooling , requires servicing. We had to check out at 5 am but no hot water for bathing. In the room , wall paper is torn and needs replacement.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The in hotel food and services is also very pleasing. Visited this hotel second time. The second visit made us face issues with AC in room but the best part was it was addressed promptly. Very happy about that. The rooms provides towels, soaps and nice comfortable bed. The biryani in the hotel was amazing. Unlike last time the breakfast service has not been started yet.
