Super Hotel O Besant Road

Hotel was so substandard (contrary to what the marketing girl's promise on phone), I had to run from pillar to post and find another decent hotel. I did not even mind to forfeit the advance amount I paid to OYO.

I had the worst experience with oyo. I booked sai krishna residency vijayawada and got confirmation message also at 12.14pm. At 3.52 pm I got message that due to unforeseen circumstances my booking is shifted to Besant Hotel.I could not find the hotel after following the instructions on map. I called OYO customer care and to my dismay he told me that the hotel is closed and I have to do a new booking.I was helpless in the middle of the night with family. I got frustrated and called the OYO customer service again and after a long wait of 20 mins in the middle of night they gave me some other hotel person contact number. When I reached the hotel I noticed that the room was clean,bedsheets were unclean,and the place was untidy. Did not get sleep at all due to foul smell and mosquitoes. In the morning I found that there is no hot water for bath.I finally decided not to recommend OYO booking service to anyone. I request all to not to go by the hotel photos they provide on the website.They show you good photos and you end up in a bad hotel with no services provided.
