Treebo Trend Alankar Inn

Poor Management Experience at Alankar Inn Hotel on April 10th On April 10th, I had booked the 6th floor hall at Alankar Inn Hotel for my sister’s engagement function. Despite clearly informing the hotel staff and specifically the manager about the booking for the 6th floor, the entire management experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The decor team, upon arrival, asked the manager about the designated floor for the function. Shockingly, instead of guiding them correctly, the manager either misinformed or failed to respond altogether, leading the decorators to start setting up on the 2nd floor. This resulted in unnecessary confusion and wasted time. When I approached the manager regarding this mismanagement, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, he insisted that we use the 2nd floor, completely ignoring my explicit instruction and confirmed booking for the 6th floor. His behavior was dismissive and unprofessional, and he showed no accountability for the error caused by his negligence. To be clear, I had given clear and written communication about the requirement for the 6th floor hall. The manager’s inability to handle basic communication and coordination responsibilities is unacceptable. His conduct reflects a complete lack of management skills, common sense, and customer service ethics. In conclusion, the overall management at Alankar Inn Hotel was subpar, and the manager in particular displayed the worst possible attitude I’ve encountered in any service setting. This kind of service is not only frustrating but completely unacceptable, especially for important family functions.

1. If we order any food in this hotel they take 2 or 3 hours for food. 2. For water bottles they took 45min why don't know 3. Not good response from phone call boys means if we order food they come late. 4. WIFI indoor will not boost. 5.Overall don't go that's it.

The staff was good. But in our room the bathroom door is broken. Apart from that, the whole ambience is nice and food also...

Worst hotel Full cockroachs romancing with bed bugs, Bed coil can touch ur body while sleeping, Copper rusty bathrooms Un safety doors Don't dare to see the naked bed without bedsheets At this same budget there are plenty of option available, I got fooled with the booking.com recommendations and room images.

Had to make a trip to a town near Vijayawada and I chose to stay in Vijayawada and make a day trip to that town since my train reservations were till and from Vijayawada. Treebo Trends Alankar Inn was the closest to the railway station and I was looking for a basic room for a one night stay and not a luxury stay. I got a very good rate by booking on the website instead of going through some aggregators. I booked a Premium Single Room. Room was slightly small (two people could have been a bit cramped) but neat. Bed linen was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The ac in the room was good and effective. There is a tiffin center just outside the hotel, a restaurant in the first floor from where room service can be ordered and the bar opened on the 11th of March, 2024; the day I checked out. The boys were very helpful in getting the food orders delivered to the room. The food quality was nothing to write home about. Only reason I gave 4 stars is when you advertise that there is a kettle in the room, then the expectation is there are supplies provided to make tea or coffee. But this was not the case. Only kettle was provided, to do what no idea. Will I go back there, certainly when I make trips for a day or two and am traveling alone. Can't comment on if my family would prefer to stay here though.

I did not find any other number less than 1. Such a worst possible hotel that I had ever stayed. Room service is to the worst. The hot water did not work during the winter time. There is no security for the luggage. The room service enters the room when you are not there without asking for permission. I would never recommend this hotel for staying.
