NillThe room was very bad. There was no proper maintenance. Bed sheets were too bad. There was no doormat in the room. There were no hangers in the washroom. Wash rooms are not good. To be frank this stay is not as per Oyo standards. No power backup facility. They are charging extra 100/- per hour if you want early check-in. Finally worst experience in this Oyo.

NillI was booked room night time with family and childrens by OYO service . I struggled lot Worst service by OYO service money paid at the time of booking after reaching the hotel, owner says that we stopped the OYO service. Immediately I called to OYO service but their is no response even my money is not refunded.OYO service is cheating the customer by collecting the money not providing the hotel room.

NillStaff are very rude to customers. Please please please we all deserve respect as we are customers and they are treating like they are giving us for free. There are better lodges or rooms around this, so better choosing them rather than this (my opinion). Main thing was, at last they will not allow to see the room. Only you are allowed to room after paying the check-in cash. 🙏🙏

NillWorst hotel ever I have seen. For everything they will deal with money, one hour early check-in, one hour late check-out, and even drinking water, everything is Money for them. And the rooms as worst as dumping yard. More importantly, they are not letting anyone know about it by giving fake ratings in booking apps.

NillWorst receiving. First of all staff in the villa are worst. They don't know how to talk. Bedsheet and pillow cover has not changed. After asking also they are refusing to change them. No neatness. Worst worst worst worst. More over I don't want to give a single star also.

NillWorst place to stay. Do read to know more about the issue. Avoid this homestay. There's a minor at the desk (unfortunately I couldn't take his pic). People staying as fellow guests in the ground floor were consuming alcohol and smoking openly. (Though it's their personal choice and it's legit to enjoy, but it's not advisable). The minor guy at the reception was quick to confirm our booking but at the same time instead of being polite he was more interested to raise the BP of my father instead of patiently answering the questions asked like what's the tarrif, where will the room be alloted etc. Also he was rudely demanding us to submit our aadhar cards and he'll keep it in his custody until we'll stay there and we can take it back when we move out. He was also demanding my aadhar card citing that both who came to stay there should keep id card in his custody. Then no sooner he was raising his voice I called the police (100) but they didn't lift the phone as expected. 😖 The minor guy at the reception understood the scene and immediately returned our booking amount via phone pe. I don't know how booking dot com was having such a worst hotel in its website. Advice: always visit trusted hotels and don't rely on booking dot com. But 100 saved us 🙏. Salute to the police and statutory law that's saving us. 😅☺️. Thanks for reading.

NillAt Prices shown hotel will deny you to gove ac rooms.... they will force you to pay more or stay in non ac room. Again to punnish you in the name of non ac room they will give you a teen shed... which is horrific, and completely different from their room advertised in online apps like oyo. I have uploaded photos they provided me .

Nill-Not working ac - worst staff , language problem - staff always plays pubg without noticing customers basic needs - Even water is provided . - they also maintain a big dog be aware of DOGS -No Bathing shampoo/soap. -Finally worst staff. -Don’t Prefer this !!
