Recently we stayed in this hotel , Date - 19 th may to 20 th may , room was good , clean but with staff it was very bad experience When we ordered for coffee they asked for money before even bringing coffee , we said we will pay while checkout but still same behaviour, we took 2 water bottles but bill was generated for 4 bottles. Cleaning staff was asking for tip infront main desk , why should we give tip , they are getting salary , giving tip is our opinion , how can they ask us And still main desk person didn’t stop also Pathetic staff , upon asking for manager number , they didn’t provide us to raise compliant

Hotel rooms are clean n comfortable. Staff are good. Good location. Car parking available. Maintainance good.

The owner of the hotel is sensible and helpful, and the staff providing room service are kind and accommodating. However, there is a significant concern with the front desk staff. They are mean to customers, which could make the hotel look bad. Furthermore, the bed sheets and towels are not of good quality, and there are mosquitoes in the rooms. They should hire someone who has had basic training in the hospitality industry.

Too bad to stay. Thickly populated mosquitoes in the rooms . Service section is very poor. We have to carry our luggage ourselves. Eventhough lift available,not guide to us,that's why I walked Eventhough I'm having joint pains.

Good place to stay in a decent budget hotel. There is no complimentary water bottle given. Room was good n spacious enough. Parking is so tight for car…

Rooms, ambience and facilities of the hotel were nice and more than satisfactory. Yet, lack of professionalism of the reception staff is a serious issue of concern. For instance, even after booking online (with full payment in advance), we were made to wait and change the rooms displaying lack of diligent planning by the staff.

I have booked this OYO rooms for 3 families the booking was done on OYO app and got a confirmation. when i reached the hotel 10 pm they said we have cancelled the checkin if don’t not pay cash( not accepted any online payments) i said i don’t have cash i have to go ATM the lady Staff member very arrogant and said we will cancel. after we paid cash and got room allocation. this is very strange experience with 3 families with kids Rooms are good but the staff is very arrogant. They should take some strong action on lady staff member.
