Room service is the key factor of this hotel, which i liked it very much. ||Mainly Owner was very courteous, generous & taking care of the customer which was a good sign of good management of this hotel. ||Locality wise centrally situated within the busy business area. ||Rooms are really very well maintained with centralised AC and complimentary one bot of Mineral Water every day. ||Tariff is reasonably good and within our range.||Drawback is that they don’t have their own restaurant, but on request they do provide tea, Tiffin, snacks etc from outside which is also good in taste.||They also have Subham Banquet Hall for Multipurpose activities.||One Star ranking Good budgeted hotel to stay for business trip as well as for our vacation purpose.||Contact Details: 0866-2434314, 6664314, 2434315.

Hotel is just okay. Rooms were pretty small. ACs are not that great. Washrooms were clean. And its bit inside from the main road. Near the govt hospital. Easy to identify. Receptionist helped whenever we have problems with ac and water

i was staying in this hotel for the past 4 days. today one of the malayali room boy told me that sir i need room.u vocate in the morning and i will arrange in the evening.but afternoon when i called he refused for room.good hotel. good place. buf the receptionist and room boys r not worth.management should look in to tjis matter.

hi we stayed with children in riviera in for 5 days , rooms r ok , we reached this hotel early morning around 4.30 am ,from busstand auto fare 30rs/- bus 8rs, this hotel is near by andhra hospitals , owner was very friendly, near by all business areas , ac room rents 999/- starting , but no restaurant but no problem , its located in small street, best for budget people, who want to stay with families,we can organize small parties,functions, marriages around with 150 people ,thank for vijaykumar from sindoortravels, miyapur, 7207335468, he help to reach this hotel ,

Good place to stay, only thing is room service is poor, i think staff is less that's why they unable to give good service

Rooms were good. Hot water and wifi are not available. There is No car parking.

Good stay, good ambience but check for air-conditioner performance before check-in

Good ambiance at that price.. Only problem is mobile signals are very less & no wifi
