All receptionist are very Polite and humane. The hotel is a classy one, lovely positive interiors at this price. However have some strong feedback for the lack of some essential services. 1. Wifi pathetic 2. No food option, no room room service in FnB. Only breakfast. Breakfast, the person charged Rs400 for pathetic breakfast. He said please donot inform the hotel management that he took the money himself. 3. If there is no food option, atleast should allowed Swiggy into rooms. They donot allow Swiggy to deliver in room, neither send it to room. 4. Pathetic Jio and Airtel network, despite prime location. Management can raise complaint, out pressure and get this sorted. Donot expect any internet in the hotel. Mostly the wifi will terribly disappoint you. Response is: we can't do anything. 5. Staff are friendly but wouldn't have any support from manegement. Management has left them on their own. 6. Weird lift system. It's a Work in Progress Hotel. Don't go by the looks. If you want essentials services, skip this hotel. Pay extra 500-800 bugs and go for better hotels.

Service may be improved. I was travelling from Chennai . All the people who are all travelling long will book a hotel to get relaxed. But here even for a tea coffee they won’t serving it to rooms. We have to go to the lobby to have. So service may be improved. Otherwise rooms are neat and clean.

I stayed at Olive Benz Circle by Embassy Group for a couple of days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, perfect for both short and long stays. The staff were professional and very helpful throughout. The location at Benz Circle is excellent — close to everything you need. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Vijayawada.

Had a fantastic stay! The property is spotless, perfectly located, and the rooms are absolutely fabulous. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. A special shoutout to Ms. Chandana at the front office—her professionalism, local knowledge, and proactive attitude made our trip seamless and memorable. She went out of her way to guide us with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place—100% worth it!

Had a very pleasant visit here. The rooms were super spacious and absolutely neat and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout. Best in budget and location which is near the main hub of MG road with lots of restaurants nearby.

In Fact i did not expect this kind of quality property at this price. My stay was very comfortable & Room is very good. Staff is cooperative, Food Services were amazing. Breakfast options were good. Over all property facilities and cleanlinesses beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend this property for all kind of Short stays & business trips.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for two adults. However, the washrooms felt a bit congested. One downside is that there was no assistance provided for luggage pickup or drop-off to the parking area. On the plus side, the hotel is located in a prime area, right next to Trendset Mall in Benz Circle, which is very convenient.
