Stayed here for about two weeks in September 2024. I deducted one star because we got stranded outside our room two days in a row thanks to a mechanical error on the card reader. You would think they keep these readers in stock on site for when things break down but I guess not. Another star is deducted due to the fridge breaking down and leaking water in our room and finding a couple of roaches on my headboard and bed. Where is the maintenance checks between visits? They moved us to a new room and accommodated us. The hotel management gave me a refund for one night after many requests from my end. Will be staying at Vivanta next time. Highlights were the location, staff (the sweetest) and breakfast. Overall, 3/5. Average.

Once an excellent hotel, is losing its old charm. While the rooms are old, they're decent. Food is overpriced for the quality! And the most glaring thing is the maintenance of their gym/fitness centre!! Old and unfunctional equipment. Not one treadmill works, not one cross trainer works, not one bike works! Pathetic and sorry state of affairs! Guess they just don'e care! Avoid the hotel. There are many many new hotels in this town! Stay away from this one.

Very nice, neat place. Polite and friendly staff. Very tasty food served in the restaurant. Live counter is good and has many varieties.

This is an older hotel. The rooms are clean but the interior needs a bit of updating. The staff are what makes this hotel desirable. They were so kind and went beyond what we would ask them for. The food- ah the food was amazing! Hats off to the chef! The menu is limited but from what they do have, all of the South Indian dishes (especially the dosas) were the best we’ve had during our stay in India!

Excellent facility with value for money. Dinner rates seem high. Rooms are Great. well maintained with clean toilet. nice place to visit with family and have vacation.

Good thing is it's location, very neat out of the room appearance, food vegetarian is ok but can be manageable, nice reception desk & helpful, neatly maintained corridors Bad to very bad is they did not change the bedsheets not even once in the 6 days of my stay, bedsheets and pillow covers remained the same, but towels changed in the washroom, behaviour of Springs cafe shop they were reluctant to take the orders for food looking like v r eating freely, cleaning of beds particularly near headrest side, it was not dusted. First 2 pics r of the bedsheet on day 1 & day 6 And dust near the head rest, others r the excellent appearance of the interiors of the hotel, reception, etc. Noisy corridors in the nights from Pinnacle 1 & certain rooms My sincere advice is please pay attention to everyone equally irrespective of their status, v ve visited u r hotel because the University has provided boarding else v could have stayed in other hotels

Everything is fine in the hotel and stay is comfortable … Tv which is 32 inch need to be upgraded . Even dinner timings in manual it’s 7 pm but chef coming at 7:10 pm which they need to maintain the timings …
