Treebo Rushi Grand

We recently stayed in Vizag and booked a room here for ₹1700 per night. On the first day, we got a really nice room with a beautiful view — we were very happy with it. However, from the second day, the hotel told us that our room was no longer available and moved us to another hotel called KVR INN, saying it would be the same price and quality. Unfortunately, the new room was a big disappointment. It was much smaller, not clean, and the washroom was smelly. The hangers were broken, and even the washroom spray gun was not working properly. This room was listed online for ₹1400, but we were charged ₹1700 — definitely not worth the price. Overall, the experience was very disappointing after such a good start. I hope the management looks into this and maintains transparency with guests in the future.

I would not recommend the hotel. The room rates are standard but the maintenance and amenities are sub par for the charges. They do not give toiletries, room cleaning is non existent. Breakfast is limited, starts at 8:30 am is only idli, vada and chutney, boiled eggs and plain white bread in morning. There is no restaurant in the hotel so we have to order or go out and eat. No tea or coffee sachets are there. There was no hot water for shower the first day of my stay. Even for complimentary daily water bottle, I had to ask every single day and once bring it up myself. I wanted a late checkout due to flight delay so I went to talk in the morning and they confirmed I could do that with extra charge. At 11:30 they suddenly come to my room and ask me to shift the room now as the extra charge would be for that room, not deluxe room I had. No courtesy of giving me heads-up, informing me earlier in morning when I asked. One of the worst hospitality I have encountered.

Not worth for the money. Star hotel price but not even worth of local lodges. All the below reviews which are less stared are real. Better not to visit it again or book here. 1. Fungus smell in the room and on pillows 2. Bathroom door wont lock 3. Main door wont stop 4 torn wall papers 5. Unmaintained beds. Absolutely unpleasant experience.

Rooms are normal. Exhaust fan is not working in the bathroom. We complained, no body cares. Also 1 or 2 rooms key are not working. Can't understand how time will take to repair the key. Our friend experienced it. The hotel is serve tea or coffee as a complementary. Little upset.

Room and bathroom were not that clean. Food was average. Charged way too high for given amenities. Quoted everything double the amount for everything we asked for like cab or scooter rental. Sai - This guy is your all in one ( great guy)

For Checking In We had reached at 1 am, it was pitch dark with not even a light either in reception area or outside in the entrance area. This was because the guys taking care of the hotel were sleeping on the sofas in the reception area. If its a hotel maintain the standard of one, or its best to pass it off as an holiday rental. Room In the room it says hotel provides 1 litre water and coffee/ teabags but our room didn't have anything. They were not providing even after reminding them. I had to go stand in front of reception on the 2nd day to get it. We asked for an extra pillow and towel for our kid, they were adamant they will not give. ( we had clearing mentioned in the online booking we had a 10 year old kid ) Pillow cover were stained and most of the buttons on the tufted headrest were gone and remaining were hanging. Photo attached The bathroom was not cleaned and maintained properly. Photos attached. Food Dining space is very small place (in relation to the number of rooms/guests they accommodate)  to accommodate about 6-7 people. Guests have to sit on  the reception sofa to eat. Complimentary breakfast comes from somewhere else and it is served here. It's was written in room that eggs are made to order but when asked they were like there are no egg served ( on our 1st day; 2nd day we didn't even bother having breakfast from hotel but had from Konaseema tiffin which is about 300 mts away by walk). Food is OK but plates are left open in the entrance area for washing and there are crows trying to eat the leftovers rom it. Photo attached. All together the hotel guys were not at all hospitable, courteous and helpful but  instead very arrogant and rude.

We stayed for 2days in the hotel There was not a single problem from the management or services ...which is actually a rare experience for us. People spoke with utmost hospitality and respect. Washroom was clean and well maintained... We forgot a valuable of ours by mistake in the hotel and it was handed over to us safely... The management, Treebo services and cleaners in the hotel made us feel that good people do exist I recommend staying in this hotel a 100%

Recently visited with wife. The Hotel is not properly maintained with Paints Chipping Off Walls, Room Number Boards broken and also very interior location. Service was good; reception staff was cordial and warm. Needs proper maintenance. Also, keep in mind that water heater works during the daytime only.
