NillI have got to post this review about the restaurant they take an hour or so to prepare a simple veg sabzi and rotis too. The person at the counter is very rude and not worth being in the position. He stares at the customers when they ask him about the delay in the food. Etc etc...and Not worth being at an Oyo hotel. I think that you are Ruining the brand. And I've had a very bad experience with the Oyo hotels... As well.

NillI would rate this hotel minus 5 for service. I was at the restaurant ordering food when one swiggy or Zomato delivery person had come to pick up an order. I have noticed that the person at the counter was very rude to the delivery person. Sir I request you to please treat everyone who comes to your restaurant with respect.

NillVery bad experience... If there is possible I will give it -5 star. First thing they gave me non ac room whether I booked for an AC room ,no complementary breakfast its also mention in my booking.... I complained in oyo assist but when they know this they take my mobile in the name of showing me why they are not giving ac and breakfast they add 5 star in OYO app.... How can you do that... I don't even complain about this but I can't sleep whole night the non AC was so hectic and its too hot also... Please OYO remove this Hotel from your list... First time very bad experience...

NillIt's something very odd place for families and the locality over there is very ackward. I don't know why they are charging very high for those small and dirty rooms. No one feels responsible and the staff will not take care of our comforts. I have seen total 5 vacant rooms and all those rooms are completely filled with cigerate smell which cannot be bearable by non-smokers. Think twice before booking this hotel rooms.

NillWorst experience. OYO has cheated us by charging an amount equal to the price one room just for checking in before 4 hours of the actual time. Hotel is also not good. Washroom is not at all good. Living room is average. Room service is average. Wifi sucks.

NillI booked this hotel through oyo but the rooms provided were very small and as i have booked for 3 persons they provided a mattress but the room was so small that we had to adjust in one bed. I also had to wait for 30 minutes for cleaning as they didn't prepared our room beforehand.The room service was also very bad and the room service guys over there didn't listened to us.They only served one type of breakfast as they had no other options.The quantity of food was less. I also told them to book a cab but they failed to do so. So overall my experience with this hotel was bad.So better find hotels with better rooms and facilities.

NillMy experience was so bad that I can’t explain, I checked in around 07:00 pm then I showed my booking. I booked ac room like always but owner of this hotel told me not to book from OYO and to directly come to hotel. Then he told me that I booked non-ac room and asked me for 250/- more for providing me ac room. Then I didn’t use my Mind and just gone in non-ac room. Then I called to oyo coustmer care helpline line number and then told my booking id to coustmer care man who was talking to me from Oyo. He checked and told me that yes, my booking was for AC room. So I became fully sure and got angry. Then i gave my phone to hotel owner so that he could talk to coustmer care man. This session started at 7:30 pm and till 11:00 pm in night I was there at reception for solving the issue. At last when reception owner talked wd senior person of oyo. He shifted me into ac room. I was tired badly. My dinner that was ordered at 7:30 and kept to room bacame so cold but ate it. It was too bad experience. If there was a problem of money then owner could directly recognise to give me room and could ask me to cancel the booking but he lied and gave me non ac room. I was smart so I knew it and after 4 hours of struggle got ac room. But just imagine a poor Person or new person book the room and without any knowledge after booking ac room get non ac room by this hotel. Then he wl sleep normally and will think that oyo is not good. So it was my bad n bad n worst experience. I asked for towel the. I got the answer that non ac room me towel ni Milta. Yar I have booked oyo. Then I got angry. This hotel staff directly ask for money when we order something like we are running anywhere. So it was very bad experience......😢😢😢😢
