Vizag cruise hotel

This is the worst place to stay and dine in. Don’t look at their ratings, but this is the worst hotel to stay. Room service - 0 star. Room cleanliness - 0 star. Restaurant okay but not good. First of all check washrooms before check in to that particular room. Rude behaviour of reception staff is unimaginable( whatever the shift they are in). They don’t have cleaning staff and room service staff properly. I think they won’t sustain more than a year if they don’t set right everything.

I visited this place to have food with family during lunch hours Food taste was okay but Service is worst ( even the word worst is very less) even though we ordered all the items together Main course was served first then the starters and forgot to serve few items we ordered. And the pathetic part is people are roaming with pet dogs in the dine-in area and the staff also entertained the same.

We are currently staying in this hotel it's on only 500 metres means 5 minutes walking distance from famous rishi konda beach and on very much affordable prices and the restaurant food also very good and affordable for sure I will recommend to all my friends also

Vizag cruise ambience is awesome. Food is yummy. Particularly kebab items and stick paneer are too good. Excellent service by the staff. Rooms are also nice and budget friendly. Entire cellar was occupied by well expanded kitchen. Please do visit.

This is a very nice place to spend your holiday. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Thanks a lot to the management for customizing my booking. If you are looking for a cozy stay this is the right place you have searched for. The suggestions from my side to this property will be : 1. Share your contact details on google to increase your direct and negotiated bookings. 2.The standard room rent is not justified on the actual size of the room. Please re-price your room accordingly. They are serving coke in just a bottle which is costing around 35 rupees which will be over in two sips. They are providing any bottle of coke in the restaurant. Food is good.

Visit with friends.Ambience and interior are splendid.The best thing regarding food was, no food colors,ajinamoto etc being used.Banquet hall was good enough to have a gathering of 50-75 people comfortably. Ease to locate at rushikonda.

Stopped for lunch here . absolutely amazing food. The staff are helpful in suggesting dishes based on preference. Definitely a must visit place for lunch in vizag
