Hotel Kinnera Comforts

The room itself was decent and had all the basic amenities one would expect, making it functional for a short stay. However, there were several inconveniences that marred the experience. Firstly, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, which was quite uncomfortable. While hot water was available, the shower was not working, making it inconvenient to bathe properly. Additionally, room service was unresponsive; despite multiple attempts to call, no one picked up. This forced me to walk to the reception each time I needed something, which was quite bothersome. Overall, while the room met basic expectations, the lack of functional facilities and poor room service significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in these areas could greatly enhance guest satisfaction.

Services aren't of professional standard. Most of the staffs don't understand English or Hindi properly. Complementary breakfast is most of the times idli-dosa i. e no alternative choice was given. They often forget room cleaning if you asked them to do so while you go to sightseeing.Reception often remains unattended. Only pro is the size of the rooms and quality of the attached bathroom.

Our booking was from 9th oct, 24 to 13 th oct, 24. We arrived at around 9.30am. They took additional 400 rs for early checking. On 13th Oct, we had requested for extension of accomodation till 6 pm since our train was running late and we were carrying a 3 year old baby. However, they have charged the full day rent of Rs. 1630. The room was shabby. The basin was throwing hot water and a corner wall was having damp. Cleaning was not done on regular basis. The location of the hotel is not that good also. As compared to the rent they are charging, the overall experience is below average.

Good value for money, excellent service & facilities like 24/7 hot water, Iron box, leg massager, coffee / Tea maker (in the room). Most importantly, customer service is well appreciable. Hassle free Check-in & Check-out.

Wel behaved stuffs . Very neat and clean rooms with all required amenities are available like good quality TV, electric catle , tea and coffee kit, soap , hot water, good quality of AC as well. I always stay in this hotel only . It's a good hotel for official as well as family trip also. Area of improvement - A shaving kit and toothbrush with toothpaste kit needs to be given and there should be 3 -4 options in breakfast menu.

Rooms are very small as compared to the price offered. But they were near and clean. Well maintained. Services were good. Flexibility of early check in and late check out is highly appreciated.

Old rooms with foul smell No provision for 3 adults stay on wide bed. My son was asked to sleep on floor on a dirty mattress. Bed covers was dirty and torned with dirty patches. Can't open windows as adjacent is an old abandoned house. Old doors.. cracking noise comes while using. Attendent will not visit unless you handover keys at counter when you go out... which is a security threat. No provision for food order. Only appreciate the toilet which is new.. probably recently upgraded. I won't suggest anyone to visit.

Nice hotel with huge amenities and the property service from manager end is extremely good @Booking rooms in advance ……I recommend Kinnera comforts for a better stay
