Hotel Haritha Grand

We stayed at Hotel Haritha Grand from January 6, 2020 to January 10, 2020. The hotel offers you a 24 hour checkin facility if you are booking offline or by directly visiting the hotel. For online bookings (for example via Ibibo, the checkin and checkout time is 12 PM. The room rates will be much less for online bookings. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Visakhapatnam Railway Station and RTC Complex bus stand. While the station is about 1 km away, the RTC bus stand is about 3 km from the hotel. RK Beach is about 4 km from this hotel. We took a room with 3 beds. The room was big with a king sized bed and a small bed. However, their biggest drawback is room service and cleanliness! We didn't have any wastebin in our room, neither, did we find any in close proximity to our room. We asked the Manager and staffs multiple times for a wastebin since 6th but we didn't get any until our checkout. The room lacked cleanliness and we found an empty alcohol bottle and a glass full of alcohol below our king sized bed. In spite our repeated requests to clean the room, it wasn't cleaned. The bathroom wasn't lit up properly and the low power bulb didn't have enough power. It wasn't also changed in spite of our continuous requests.

WTF? ZERO RATING There is no hotel at the location. Service boys are irresponsible. Cleanliness not maintained. Lazy staff. They don't provide any soap, towel or anything.

I don't want to give this single star also. Worst hotel i was stayed in my life. Room was dirty, staff behaviour worst. My advice is please search for other hotel. And one more, cost is high in this bloody hotel.

Awesome hotel with better staff and good Ac and non Ac rooms maintenance if you are at visakhapatnam try this hotel

Small washrooms. No proper service. No blankets, towels, soaps and paste. Must be improved

A good hotel in medium budjet ... Also ambience and maintenance also good ... Not bad at all..
