Northway Hotel

A nice property if you're looking for an option around the 3-3.5k price range. Location is very nice and the service they provided was very good. Coming to the rooms, they were spacious and well maintained. They have a nice dining area. Breakfast had good options and menu was decent. Overall, this is one of the best options in its class.

Wonderful stay at Northway Hotel for four nights from 04.09.2024. Ambience is great. Great location and all shopping areas within 2 km radius. Neat and clean hotel including the linens. The reception ladies Ms. Anita and Ms. Jyotsna were very supportive and always had a smile on their faces. Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Any issues were sorted within no time.That was amazing because top hotels will struggle to match this type of service. The breakfast spread was excellent. In room dining food was very good. Services they provided was very good Staff are very friendly including the guards. Car parking is quite spacious. I will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends to experience Northway Services. We will definitely stay again in our next visit. Thank you Northway Management and Team. Rooms are very clean and spacious with all amenities, staff are very friendly and well mannered with guests, In room dining food was very delicious, Must appreciate front office team, Hotel ambience is good, Hotel is very neat and clean with very good fragrance in all floors. Security guards also will help you wherever you want to go. Thanks to Hotel Northway Team. Loved the stays , we will recommend to all of our friends and family members too, keep it up... Definitely will come again...

After seeing a good review, I went to this hotel. The service was bad. The flush was not working, sawar had problem, the bed sheet had stain. After complaining in reception also the staffs were trying to cover up everything by telling stories, rather than being sorry and trying to give solution. I thought they don't know how to say sorry for their mistake (reception as well as cleaning staff). Didn't expect this after payment 3400/- Rs.

Great location, comfortable stay in the prime location of the city however service needs to be improved a great deal especially the staff at reception who are discourteous and ignorant. I booked this hotel for 2 nights purely going by the reviews, the property is located near to BSNL office in Daba Gardens , right on the main road and has rooms with good built up space...(it is like a business hotel so don't expect views/ frills). The staff at reception are clueless, ignorant and have loads of attitude. Most of the times, no one is available at reception and it is an effort to get hold of them. Breakfast is very good with good spread. I feel the rooms are bit overpriced.

The rooms were near and clean and also the location of this hotel is in the prime location, and also the service is very good. Apart from that the food and the buffet is too good. I stayed with the parents at this place for two days and they liked it very much.

The Northway hotel was recommended by google searches, and we did not think much about booking it (very handfull of hotels were available )since our train was late due to flooding in Vijayawada. The room was very spacious and had a queen bed, and the restroom was well separated with a shower and a lavatory. Breakfast was not that great (cockroaches were popping up from the food), we bloated after eating there. However, it's was finally worth the price you pay.
