Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement I recently stayed at Treebo Excella in Vizag. The hotel is in a serene location near Beach Road, which was a big plus. However, my experience with the breakfast buffet was disappointing. The food is outsourced, and it clearly shows in the quality and quantity. The staff appeared indifferent and were not attentive to guests’ needs. We had to repeatedly request a mosquito repellent and a hot water flask for the room, and it took almost an hour for them to be delivered. The service was painfully slow, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the rooms were decent, and the washroom was clean, which I appreciated. Overall, the hotel’s location is great, but the service needs a lot of improvement to meet basic hospitality standards.

The room was neat and clean. A little far from NTR beach on the way to Rushikonda beach near to Kailasgiri is the hotel. Service is lackluster. Had to ask for towel. No coffee /tea materials were given although provision was there. TV was there but set top box was deactivated

Just a decent room, cant expect luxury type. Location is good 500 meters from beach, dnt expect beach view Very average free breakfast Nothing much to say..

It was my second time here with family. After travelling for almost two days non stop, we halted here for the night. The women in the family found it very peaceful and relaxing. The person in the reception at night helped us out in everything. If I come to Vizag, I'm coming here.
