Centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very congested and little claustrophobic. Cleaning of the bathroom not upto the mark. Room service was very good and the items that we ordered were tasty. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Nice and Comfort stay. Conducted Employee Engagement activity at conference hall for 110 members. The staff were well trained and polite. Even at the tome of buffet the staff were very patient and served nicely. I wouldhighly recommend thia to my friends and family.

The receptionist at this hotel was extremely rude and unprofessional, making my stay unpleasant from the start. They were unwelcoming, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. The service and amenities were far from satisfactory—not even deserving of a single star. The cleanliness was terrible—bathrooms and rooms were dirty, and the housekeeping service was painfully slow, taking at least 2 hours to respond even after multiple reminders. The assistant manager, Ramesh, also displayed extremely poor behavior, adding to the unpleasant experience. To top it off, there was no AC in the lobby, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it’s not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Rooms are very small(congested). Not a perfect place to stay with family even though they provide extra bed on request (extra charge). Rooms are good only for a single person or a couple. Service is okay.. They respond late. The toilets were not clean when we arrived. Complimentary breakfast is good(we liked it). Service is very bad. During checkout, even after requesting a luggage carrier, they didn't send. We waited so long and carried on our own.

I had an incredible experience at your hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the amenities, like the pool and complimentary breakfast. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable🥰

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I would like to appreciate Mrs. Padma from housekeeping for her excellent service. She was polite, hardworking, and ensured everything was neat and well-organized. Great job||Overall good experience

The food was great, and the staff were helpful and attentive. However, the rooms could have been more spacious. We extended our stay by a day, but it ended up being quite expensive. The location is within walking distance of Ramakrishna Beach.

Pathetic service they don’t deserve single star also ,,, actually lemon tree management should think of inspection of this property only then they will understand the pain of guests . I have stayed for two days at this property and first while check in they had given room no 706 which was full of mosquitoes and when I informed Mr.Saran gave room no 806 that was a good one … I had booked via Yatra .com so I feel that room (706) is exclusive for online booking people .. THEIR HOUSE KEEPING WELL DESERVE A LOUD ROUND OF APPLAUSE for not cleaning the room and not giving amenities in 20 minutes … Second day @ Restaurant their F&B deserves again applause … if you want to have coffee you should order atleast an hour before because theiir supervisor Pravalika is really not bothered to serve guests .. If we complain Mr Iqbal F&B manager will call us and tell sorry and mistakes happens like that will be the attitude.. Really a pathetic stay and bad day they made .. I strongly suggest Lemon Tree Management to visit this property and take appropriate actions to maintain LEMONTREE FAN BASE GUESTS… Hope you will take necessary steps ..
