The Hotel ambience was good, the room was clean, modern & well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful always. The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. In Room Service section Mr.Ananta is very friendly.|The room was clean and bright.|The room service was always on time.|The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze.|The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.|The food was good and great value for money.|The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene.|Roof Top Restaurant is very cool.

My stay experience was excellent in "The Keys"||House keeping staffs like Appanna and Swarna under the leadership of Mr. Bharat were very polite and cooperative. They used to be there with all solutions of any problem at any time of the day.||Kitchen staffs were also very courteous and cooperative.||In a word my stay was excellent.

good stay , good service Amazing and delicious food. worth to stay loved it, Hotel is really good, clean and staff is very supportive. Mr anantha and Srikanth gave d service and food prepared by nani and shyam ,ramarao is very tasty. We enjoyed the food and will recommend to my friend.

The rooms are very good….I requested for a late check out and they agreed for it as well….food is also very good and delicious. The restaurant manager Kailas Nayak greeted us very well and gave us good suggestions on the food as well and also tried us to serve the best food.
