Staff of the hotel are not professionals. Hotel management should take care to train their employees about prompt response and courtesy in communication. Very lethargic behaviour exhibited by the Receptionist Though the location is in very good area, Rooms are not at all properly maintained, smelling with cigarettes and alcohol. Periodically cleaning of rooms not undertaking on vacating by an earlier guest. Receptionist don’t know the position of vacant rooms and occupied rooms Though the hotel is having locational advantage, rating is based on the maintenance Overall not satisfactory

Hotel swagath grand also known as Super Hotel O Gurudwara near RTC complex is not a habitable place for families. If you are a couple and want leisure for 2-3 hours at a cheap rate then its fine, But families please stay away from this property. Found used protections in dustbin of rooms, room not cleaned Hair all over the bed and when asked for an extra bed sheet to place then its not available. Would never suggest for a family ! Location is great, Staff is polite But hotel overall is not habitable if you looking for family to stay in.

1st of all excellent experience.. mainly the staff wass soooooo friendly and very very close to the customer.. and they do not charge even single rupee extraaa . After online booking also we don't have to pay extra amount that was soo good .. and rooms are good and sleep experience is soo well .. and location is very close to the main road and any other city centers ... And the recieving is also soo good .... BEST PLACE FOR COUPLES 💗💗 ALSO SO SECURE FOR COUPLES .. over all very good experience for mee...
