ENR Guesthouse

Safe place to stay for couples. Rooms are really good. The only negative point is the location. It is a bit far away from the restaurants but pretty decent place to stay comfortably.

Though I got a very small room, I didn't have much problem because I stayed alone. The room was clean in every way and everything was in good condition. The staffs were extremely polite and helpful. They were doing everything they can even if I don't ask them. I had a very much comfortable stay.

This least rating here is 1 so I'll just go with this if there was a zero I would've given that. the management here is so rude and arrogant.. also the place wasn't that good but this manager acts like he's running a 5 star hotel Thank you

it was a bad experience for me with this property management... very rood towards guests though reception is good property owner behaves like a Hitler... Na hotel na istam…Behaviour

Never do hire a room in ENR guest house. The behaviour of the manager is so dirty. Which hurts the customer. They are plundering the customers, charging unnecessary amount which is another drawback of this hotel. Worst experience I have ever had in my life....don't go for it.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the room. I booked the big room but upon my arrival I was only provided by a dirty smaller room. Had to go through a lot of trouble with the hotel staff and OYO customer service to finally get relocated somewhere else. Stay here is not at all recommended.

Worst hotel. The service is extremely bad. They don't give respect to the customer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
