staff bit unpleasant and cool. Pavani came to ask for review. I give one, but she is sweet though. |Not good with hospitality and management.|Seemed lack of gesture.|Though some staff was upto mark.|But some of them are par below the standards that they were unable to grasp the small small things or tend to forget.|I did not recieve welcome drink, even if mentioning it so many times.

Right from the go it wasn’t clear if we should get our bags on our own or if a trolley would be provided. Chaotic busy lobby. Service staff didn’t seem to be hotel management trained graduates. Views from the gym and the room however are amazing with the ocean view and infinity pool. Though the water wasn’t clear in the pool. Room wasn’t cleaned with stains on side tables and dirty remote. Next day the breakfast buffet had a good spread but again there was food under the table from previous guests. We both caught a bug and suspect it’s from either the chicken from the bar or the loosely sealed with a sticker refilled water bottles. Had a much better experience at Taj.

The attention in the service in this hotel or second to none. Sometimes I would forget to turn off my do not disturb light when I left for the morning. When I got home in the late afternoon, I would turn it off and shortly after room service would come and ask if I needed any service or any items to be replaced. The laundry service is also very timely, the staff is very attentive to requests. The nightly happy hour from 6 to 8 is also nice added benefit. The view from my room was incredible with the ocean and the beach below. It is walking distance to many restaurants and stores short drive to other attractions nearby.

The location of the hotel is at that prime spot and the view is breathtaking! Not to forget about the room cleanliness and the prompt service by Monu. He did an amazing job. One of the most loved thing at the place is the complementary breakfast at the Square. The breakfast spread has always been on top which also includes live counter, bakery, salad spreads. Chef Buddha Lama has been with the restaurant since quite a few years now and he cooks lovely Chinese and Tibetan cuisines. Must try is chilli prawns and fried rice! The overall experience has always been wonderful and the stay a pleasant one.

Okay for business trip avoid for family stay Gave rooms in different side of the wings making family move from one wing to another to be together. Confirmation call about room and requirements before the stay date is just customary. At check in. Previous guest socks was lying behind sofa pillow. So room hygiene is all cosmetic Also, room cleaning is just cosmetic. Washroom had had previous day stains and bed sheets had beach sand. Service standards are not like other Novotel properties Only saving grace is food taste and staff at restaurant is quite professional and service oriented.

The accommodation is good and they provide tasty food, the view of the hotel is excellent.. but middle class people not possible to enter inside, because the prices of the components is very high

It was a great stay with complimentary high tea, drinking water and breakfast buffet. Property is clean and maintained. Staff is courteous and respectful. They might need to increase the number of staff for housekeeping though.

The Location and Hospitality is so good. And reception staff are so helpful. Nice experience. Good experience. I came lot of times and stayed at feel like my own house. Great experience. Me and my friends enjoyed heartfully.
