The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and great local recommendations. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful at night—a truly wonderful experience

Rooms and interiors are very good. Need to improve the restaurant. But OYO Customer care is very worst. Becasue, This is the first booking from me. Wrongly booked WQF08313. I contacted your customer cate for transfer the amount to R1RB7471. But still now my amount is not credited in my account. Kindly do me a favour to credit my amount to my account...

excellent room , staffs could have been experienced and fast..room and the location is excellent.but the staff behaviour of a boy receptionist wasn't as fast as expected. it took 30mins for check in. it could have been better.nwe took 3 rooms and asked him to give all 3 in same floor but first he denied saying room isn't available. then after 15 mins of argument he gave the room in same floor and all the rooms were vacant.nnnot satisfied in this case

Firstly, I have faced the most unwelcomed receptionist in my life. He was extremely rude to all of our queries. The hotel should look into staffs training. 2ndly, the washroom was not at all clean, shower was not working, washroom window was broken, gate was partly damaged. It has not gone into maintenance for years. 3rdly, There was no Wifi, major turn off for people working while travelling. The only good part was, the location of the hotel.

The hotel 'was' very good one and 'is' average hotel. Rooms were not that much clean. The door of bathroom was broken. The exhaust fan was not working and broken. It seemed that the hotel was a dying one. The location is very good only 1.5 km from R K beach near zilla parishad and just behind blood bank.
