We had an amazing experience at hotel best western plus The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

The food was absolutely delicious.Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfectionThe menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the creative twists on classic dishes. I can't thank Anil enough for their excellent service. They went out of their way to fulfill our wishes and treated us like VIPs

We are group of 4 people who had visited the hotel. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The reception was very warm and welcoming specially Ganesh. All of our requests were handled very quickly. The food was very delicious. 5/5 for the stay.

Prime Location and easy access for railway station and bus station . Breakfast spread was very good and staff was really helpful in all aspects. Family and friends can enjoy their vacations . And good part is that reward point for each stay was very good .

What a waste ! Visited for Lunch. No basic courtesy of greetings & offering water. A confused staff visiting senior for availability of menu items. Chefs leaves kitchen exactly at 3:30 after that you will not get anything even if you are dying of hunger. When you ask them to call their seniors nobody turns out. What a bad experience with Best Western. Their total team is disaster they will ignore you like uninvited guests, they will not even look into your eyes it's like you will ask anything from them. Very Bad. If I am the owner of the property i would have fired everyone for their treatment to the Guest. Pathetic 😡

I am very happy to stay here the stay very good and comfortable the food is very tasty the rooms are good and i want visit with my family and i visited so many places but best ever services provided.|All staff was very helpful and made feel like home and front office ganesh is very polite
