Super Townhouse Dwarakanagar Near Gurudwara

The owner or lady receptionist is very rude. I have booked room for 2 days and for the third day i have a delay in my flight so i asked i want to extend till the evening how much it costs she said it is 2500 that was fine. But, she said it in a rude manner. I asked her it was showing 1500 in oyo then she replied then you can book from there. When i booked and asked her to note the booking id she asked me to wait for 5 mins, after 5 mins she called me and said you have booked for tomorrow. Unfortunately i had booked for tomorrow not today. So, i called the customer care and asked for date change then he connected with her and she said it is not acceptable due to the policy. Look, here she is okay if I pay 2500 for the same day but not okay to exchange the day. Hotel is all about service. It is not for free we are paying for it. So, yeah this is a bad experience for me. According to the hotel, yes it is clean and well maintained staff is also good only issue is the person who conversated with me is rude.

Relax restro inn which is super town house on OYO is completely fraud. I reached this property after booking amount paid Rs. 5000 in 10 days advance. I travelled with the family, I reached mid night and they denied to give me the room because they already gave to another person who’s giving more money than me. I talked with booking.com, OYO customers care. They confirm my booking and ask to go the property. Customer care ppl hardly try to solve this at mid night but this owner Ravi is not responding to them nor giving any solutions. After all I called to Vizag, Shantipuram police station. They listen all the issues and quickly reach to the property. After long conversations they also realise this is fraud done from hotel and asking me to file the case against this hotel in police station to take strict action. Then they take me and my family to their police car and find decent hotel and drop me there for stay. Don’t go or book this hotel for your stay. Your vacation, Planned activity will messed up for sure.

Hotel staff are so polite and very quick response to customer if any problem . hotel cleaning very good and wash room was especially very clean . And near to RTC bus stand
