OYO 14506 Lalitha Convention

It depends on customer choice.You can just manage somehow in the price range you are paying{like I got classic room in 1300}.||1.Not decent behaviour of reception counter.|2.No room service regularly.|3.No first aid kit.From water tanker that is electrically operated,few warm water dropped on my fingers while filling a bottle.As I have asked for ice cubes,he became arrogant.Also,no first aid kit.He was in no way to assist me.(at the end after few discussions he said if it would be morning, something he would had done).

It was a great stay in this hotel. It is located at the NAD junction near to the airport. You can get an uber or an auto. I guess taking an uber would be cheaper as the auto drivers charge 4-5 times the actual price when you can not speak their native language. The auto service is not very pocket-friendly as in whole Visakhapatnam. The rooms were clean, spacious. It is located on the 4th floor of a building. There is a restaurant available on the ground floor. We booked two AC rooms for 1650/- through OYO. But, you must confirm directly from OYO and the hotelier that they are not going to cancel your booking. You have to buy packaged drinking water. Just check if the bathroom is fine or not because my room had a clogged bathroom but since it was only 6hrs stay I did not ask for housekeeping. Otherwise, the rooms are good for 825/- price.

This is a 2 star hotel. The rent was Rs 1600 per night which was more as per room facilities and the services. They don't accept booking through online app.

Very courteous and considerate staff, nicely maintained. Spacious rooms. Had a very comfortable stay. This hotel is very close to Airport. Located at a busy junction. The famous shrine of Sri Varaha Laxmi Narasimha Swamy at Simhachalam is also very near from this place. Transportation is available to almost all parts of the city.

Place is located near to airport. If you are looking for short stay on your layover time then this is fine or if you have very tight budget then opt for this. If you have 2-3 days work in vizag city then this hotel will be very far. I stayed there because I was heading to rambilli so this is the nearest accommodation. Room is very spacious, no sealed water bottle provided instead water is given in a used water bottle filled from a water dispenser, very limited breakfast provided to room in a plate (I got two idli n two vada) no coffee/tea included. Bathroom is neat, linens are not so neat. I had 3 pillows in that 2 I kept aside as it had stains. Choose wisely as said. For 600-700 rupees it is just ok and for the price I have rated 4 stars.

Not a genuine hotel for staying purposes. Owner need much more obedience towards the customers as your power consumption is very mean to us. Remove that feeling and have good manners to us. It'll be better.

The hotel was very good but booking through oyo is very bad. I cannot understand the hotel staff irritating to listen the name of oyo. So it is my humble opinion that don't go through oyo. Our room was confirmed through oyo but they denied to give rooms. At last we cancelled the oyo booking and book the same rooms directly through the hotel. They view the board that no oyo booking is accepted in vizag. So dear oyo management why you are taking money in advance. Very harassing oyo.

Room is ok but. No hot water , complementary breakfast they telling for coffee we have to pay ,only limited TV channels , toilet buckets to be cleaned properly, blanket nit washed properly,roomfair bit costly compare to others especially Vizag grand is good
