Hotel VB Grand

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a great location, excellent service, well-maintained rooms, and thorough cleaning. However, there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. There seemed to be a water problem during my stay, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the room less comfortable. Despite these issues, the overall stay was positive due to the hotel's strong points.

Good but need change beds not comort as before

WORST. Bad. UNHYGIENIC I did not like anything about the property. neither the ambience nor the staff. Hygiene is too bad in the room. Rooms are dirty, Sheets are dirty, doors are dirty, floors were dirty and the worst was the washroom. The public conveniences toilets are much cleaner then this hotel room. They are keeping the hall lights off even if we were turning them on. Also, staff is not at all supportive. On complaining about the room they told us this is they have and all rooms are same. This is NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED even if they give it free.

Place is nearest to kailasagiri and rushikonda but rooms a/c was not working properly

Hotel looks old from out, but inside it's good, rooms are clean and worth compared to high budget hotels. Just hot water may b concern as it's not available. Hotel staff are polite. Lift was a bit concern as it was in repair sometime and reception is in second floor , so anyone with aged family members travelling, make sure lift is operating before u go . For youngsters it shouldn't b a problem..overall a good stay

This place would be fine for students,friends and bachelors,but im not sure about the family But i dont think the beds nd bed sheets are hygenic ..they didnt maintain properly,and plz dont ask me about the stains and washing related things of the beds. I thought of clicking a photo of the bed to share here but i forget to do so ..

Hi VB Grand, We have booked the room for August 4th. After calling your help desk by taking number from Google search, they asked to pay 3,000 rupees for booking. After some time they are asking to scan some barcodes etc...I have not received the reversal of money I paid

As compare to cost very nice hotel. I booked it online via mobile no. 5 rooms for my family and friends. Cleanliness wise it is ok. Check in and check out done very smoothly. In Room service found little Laziness rest all was fine.
