Worest Service. I'm Informed That room Landline Not working since 2days but No Response From Hotel Side.

Had a worst experince with this well known and reputed hotle today i orderd two biriyani one panneer and on mutton instees i recived veg biriyani and i came to know this once i opened my parcel so pls recheck or reconfirm your order before leaving the hotle premises as they were not providing proper parcel services..it feel bad when such things happen after a long work day with hunger one i opened parcel i missed my oreder whic was ordered with interest.

The hotel is in prime location of Gajuwaka Y junction . Had a great stay to visit my friends for single night .didn’t opt for breakfast can’t review it . The hotel had parking facility in front and at basement for guests. Walking distance to many restaurants nearby and convenient to travel to airport or take intercity bus from old gajuwaka prime bus stop. The receptionist was quick and up to the point. could use a smile They had in-house restaurant and automated lifts. The rooms and bathroom were tidy clean and not old - had complementary drinking water. kettle for coffee and tea - towels- soap- dental kit- TV- AC . 12pm to 11am check out timings. Cons: the AC was moldy and making the room non breathable after a while and moldy wet smell. Could take measurement for that. No universal adapters/electrical socket. No AC remote to control temperature (on and off switch with the AC panel)

Food was OK and the service was good. Not much space to park the vehicle.
