OYO 81273 Hotel Sri Sai Grand Central

Room condition is pathetic 😞 Not maintained for a long time, no dustbin, broken flush and furniture, no clean wardrobe (very dusty). Only the bed was in good condition n with zero service, even though they didn't offer drinking water to us boys and room cleaning women asking for tips. With this high price service is zero only that the receptionist is talking to us in a good way as it's her job.

Well, it's better than the normal Hotels, but if you need proper cleaning and sanitation I recommend to increase your budget. Check the pics I posted. They say everything and what not but they don't actually fulfil those ...

Average at best, they don't introduce the amenities available, we'll have to ask for them all. The intercom to the front desk doesn't work. We are expected to call them from our own mobiles. The interiors are clean and good but the balcony is very dusty and seems not too well maintained with patches falling off and broken pipes around. They do have the facility of hot water but since it was summer they say they have turned the solar heaters off, well when I stay in an AC room you can't expect me to bathe in cold water no matter what the temperature is inside. But all in all the interiors were good and they do bring you anything you ask for straight to your room from the market, and the TV's good so I'd say 3 stars does it justice.

Experience is very bad. I can only say 'chhi'. We were also staying there but even after making payment on the last day, they were not letting us go, saying that we have not paid. There are very stupid people, so at last we had to give all the proofs of online transactions when they did not understand anything from screenshot of payment. And one of my friends while talking normally, a lady quarreled and scolded so loudly to which my friend cried. Rooms are not good, don't go by looking at Google photos. Bathrooms are dirty. Broken balcony full of dust are of no use. They will not give you any instructions. You have to ask about the facilities. Water purifier was useless. You will not feel safe in that hotel. No food facility. Expert staffs in lying and cheating.

Although room was great but Bathroom was highly dirty and bad flush that drained water at midnight. Also, TV in the room is only for show, it will not work after repetitive complaint.

Worst experience with hotel services provided, will never opt for oyo services. The hotel did not look how it was shown on Oyo website. The hotel owner has not maintained any covid-19 protocols very un-hygenic place. The room services provided by the staff was very bad, Receptionist behavior was rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel and room booking through oyo services it is not reliable. Please check out the photos for your reference the room is not maintained and cleaned frequently the curtains and bedsheet covers and door mats are not changed. There is stench in the room. Money wasted.

Location is in centre of the town near Jagadamba Junction but the facilities available here are seriously very poor. Water Facility - Poor Cleanliness - Average WiFi - Not Available Staff behavior - Average (don't know about with South Indian people but with north Indians it is average) Mattress provided - clean A/c room availability - Yes Cost - High w.r.t. Facilities provided As a whole it's good only for it's location otherwise there nothing good to stay. Think before you stay. Good Luck 😊

U ll have car parking, wifi, hot water, ac, tv extra chairs, large space available in rooms. But surroundings are not proper. Like balconies, outside the rooms, Less lighting, no proper staff, I felt haunted place in morning. And some unusual experience had as some ppl were fighting like wild animals. Do proper check and take all things before you go to your room... No fridge is available here and no water was provided at night..
