Super Hotel O Rushikonda

Location wise its perfect as it is near to beach. Coming to maintenance, its not upto the mark. Bathroom was not cleaned, only 50% was cleared. AC is working but the room does gets cooled even we left it on for hours

Worst experience ever, very cheap and bad behaviour of staff and not helping even small things such as drinking water, very bad experience, we have visited many hotels but this one was the worst experience in this hotel, they will not allow you to park your vehicle inside even at night even there are lot of space for 5 cars, i suggest no one should come here and hotel owners must remember this they run their business cause of tourist like us and if they treat us bad they must regret. They will tell you everything yes before booking but after booking you will not get service for common things. I will not give any rating for this and if there was a negative rating then it will be the highest. I will never visit again here.

Oyo is not provide as a same room .we have west lots of time. And frusted in oyo service Hotel staff behavior is not good .they are hyug diffrent beetvin rent price .oyo companies called other price and hotal management says other. Any body can reach this hotel ,,I suggest do not cheakin in hotel

One of the worst properties and services I’ve experienced with OYO. The receptionist was extremely rude and asked for extra money the moment we entered. Then denied access to rooms when we refused to pay. Paid the extra money via UPI and when asked for bill they said you can ask Oyo for bills. Entered the room and were shocked to see the poorly maintained, unhygienic rooms, which has no lighting in washrooms and not cleaned floors. Looks like they rented the rooms for boozing as the rooms were stinking. I cancelled the booking and fought for the money that I paid. P.S., First learn to treat your customers in a decent and polite way.

Wardrobes are unclean, washroom is dirty.geyser not available.Improve cleanliness.it is not suitable for family stay.

I booked through agoda app. But they asked me to pay extra and said we are not responsible for the amount showed by the app. And they had no rooms also at that time. Better to contact them in direct and book instead of booking through apps. It is located a bit outer to the city. There wont be any transport facilities. It takes around half an hour to reach the city. Rooms were Okay kind of, the service was nice. People there helped me when there was a problem in booking through app. It is a kind of service appartment where you get a single room with attached bathroom. You need to bring your own towels and other stuffs. They won't provide you. No food facilities and transportation. If we ask them they can help us in arranging. Better to contact them and plan your booking.

You should get negative infinity in ratings. No business and moral ethics at all. Manager on site asking for 10k rupee extra to get the room which was already prepaid to @Agoda. Manager said they do not honor Agoda or Oyo bookings as they don’t give enough money. This was insane. They said if we go out without taking their rooms we will not get any rooms. So trying to utilize the situation. We were there with my family with two small kids and two senior citizen. Bad karma will get you guys one day. Agoda and this hotel both are fraud.
