Hotel Mahati Grand

Worst experience. Don't do this blunder mistake taking room in this hotel. No service at all. No room cleaning, bed sheet change once in 5 days, exhaust fan in washroom doesn't work, room fan works only on 5 number. No batteries in TV remote, smoking in balcony. Our original plan was changed, hence we stayed here with no other option. But you don't do that. There is no minus 5 rating, otherwise I would have given.

Not just this hotel but most of the hotels in vizag are not at all worthy enough compared to the prices, service (most pathetic) and food as well. Forget about cleanliness and hygiene. Worst experience ever till date.

Worst Hotel I have ever seen. Too costly not worthy. They give commission to Auto Drivers for bringing customers to their hotel. They work only for money without providing service. No room service or atleast a soap was provided. No WiFi. They sent persons for renovations Without permission. No privacy at all

Room service knowledge is zero, room cleanilles are not maintained properly, especially they are not providing any hand-wash and room spray. Bedsheets are too short for covering.

I kindly request to not come to this Hotel because when you don't know the city and your first for city ..... The candidates which auto cab driver work for commissions ,so they compalsary suggest this Hotel... And they manipulate like it is in mid City and you can buy anything nearby when you stay in city and this hotel is best hotel in this city.. so nothing differennce here when we compare to city and beach side area.almost the same rates when we compare both . The staff is not good at all .the traveling,food charges are high in this area... So guys I would like to say that Don't stay in city and mainly don't stay in this hotel . Thank you ♥️

I kindly request to you guys don't go that hotel.. hotel is totally horrible place.. customer paying for room.. but that room problem.. they giving me that room ! Room no 107 room no 404 there's is something negative energy there.. I was totally seating full night in reception ! I was give the truth story in Google! But receptionist forcefully delete the review ! I Hv to share my story with you guys !

Many hotels are there with good location in rooms with cheap price but this Mahati grand services are worst I ever saw this type of staff. Staff are so lazy persons... we have to request them so many times then only they will respond. They don't have enough towels. For room cleaning also we have to request them so many times.
