I stayed at this hotel with my family... Worst experience ever... Flush not working, Shower not working, no amenities given. Pathetic. When we asked to change the room they said adjust for a day after taking the payment in advance. The reason for not changing the room was that no cleaning person was there to clean other rooms... In the middle of the day... To be honest I didn't even see anyone in my 2 night stay. We had an early morning check in so they were calling and knocking on our door since 5 am next morning for advance payment for the day. It was so horrible that we had to leave the hotel early even after paying in advance. They will charge you so much for the worst service. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I being in defence keep on travelling very often. Had some bad experiences earlier ..||But never had such a pathetic and worst experience in life ..||||I stayed in this hotel on 18 and 19 of April. While I proceeded to check out. I was forced to pay 1000 Rs extra as I had checked inn couple of hours before the actual time ..||||When I started arguing for the same the owner of the hotel started fighting with me and my father .. He started fighting with my 61 year old father .. Insulted him and humiliated us. ||||Initially I thought that he is the manager of the hotel but he came out to be the owner of the hotel .. Mr Surrender. ||||To save the respect of myself and my father I quitely paid the money which I was not supposed to. This is not at all about money. It's about the basic behaviour of the hotel staff with customers. ||||I never expected even in my dreams that any hotel staff can insult and humiliated their customers like this. ||||Finally after all the argument and fight I paid the money and spoke to Mr Surendra. I politely asked him that won't it effect their business if they behave with customers like this .. He arrogantly replied that he doesn't care ..||||Now talking about the facilities . ||1. Water leakage in bathroom. ||2. Plug points doesnt work properly ( loose connection )||3. Bathroom door is unserviceable ||4. Hooks to hang clothes / towel in bathroom are broken.||5. Fan was making too much noise. ||6. Room service is pathetic they turn up after calling at least 3-4 times . ||||||Please refrain from staying in this hotel. I am not saying all this out of anger or agitation. I really don't want anyone to have such a worst experience which I had. ||Thank you

Booked online through goibibo. Very poor maintenance. Powercut happened both the two nights i stayed and genset was not turned on. No blankets too. Full of mosquitoes. No complementary water bottle also provided. 1ltr bottle charged 32rs 😒

In simple words, I would not recommend and stay at the place ever again. I would not even give it 1 star, if I have the opportunity. Check in :- It was a hassle to check in even if we had a booking confirmed a month ago. For those, who book online, a word of advice, the receptionists would not accept the booking unless you fight with them. It happened with me and others who came along to check in. I had booked and paid in advance via GoIbibo a month in advance only to hear at the reception that they are not accepting online bookings. Check in time may vary from an hour to few hours irrespective of when you come to the hotel. We tried checking in around 9 pm where in the rooms should have been available after 12 pm the same day, as per the booking. We could only check after 10 pm after confronting many times. There were others waiting to check in for more than 3 hours. Count on your luck if you happened to be here. Rooms : We booked a double and a Deluxe rooms. Both are same and spacious. TVs didn't work in both the rooms (We were not the first to raise the complaint. Even intercom was disconnected in one of the rooms. The only answer I heard when I brought it up with them is "The lines are disconnected", if they answer at all. So all in all, neither the telecom nor the TVs were fixed during our stay of 2 days. There is no hot water. Having stayed in winter (Dec 28th - 30th), we literally had to beg for hot water for the service guy to show up with a bucket of hot water in the morning. Terrible Service. Food :- We only tried dinner once, hesitantly. Below average and very expensive. There are better places to eat as soon as we step out of the hotel. Even the roadside bandis, are a better option. Services : Terrible. Lift is too small and old for such a big hotel. The staff is not very responsive. The room service only showed up by 11 am, about the time we would leave the hotel to sight seeing. When requested to clean in the evening, nobody turned up. So, no room service for two days. Insanely unprofessional staff and services. I'm glad I checked out of it and would never see again. Suggestion : Don't ever try this again even if it is the last one available, if you want to avoid the above experience. It will steal your peace of mind. If you already booked, all the best. What a third class hotel. Management say it's 33yes hotel,have never ever seen such a third class hotel in my life... Very dirty blankets no proper service... Had charged extra money. Keep on looking for an opportunity to take money. No professionalism. One star is also more For the kind of the experience I had with this dirty hotel.

This place is centrally located and a good option for short stay.Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are getting renovated in a phased manner. Owner - Surendra is approachable. The best part is the place where this hotel is situated. It is live and happening. Although little far from Airport, I would recommend this place if you are thinking of Budget Stay in Visakhapatnam.

Very worst Experience. Owner is waste fellow, his family has to stay in that room and need to take there feedback. He dont know how to give service to customers. Toilet flush not working, In TV only free channel are coming, room very bad, no hot water.
