Our recent stay at this hotel with our family was nothing short of wonderful. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the attentive and friendly staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were a highlight of our experience. Impeccably well-maintained, they were not only clean and tidy but also thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and amenities offered by the hotel. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and activities. "I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel recently and the staff's behavior was absolutely terrible. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of customer service. It was evident that they had no training in dealing with guests and lacked basic "The staff at this hotel completely crossed the line with their behavior. They were not only rude but also made inappropriate comments and advances towards me and my companions. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience that left us feeling violated and unwelcome. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment."

Rooms were awesome (not 5⭐ though 😂), and for the location it's probably reasonable in the price. And room service is quite good aswell. And you get 24/7 room service. Best thing about this hotel is it's location, it's in the heart of the city. It deserved a 5⭐ but the seasonal change of price is a bit annoying.

Poor service, poor management, poor facilities against high rate room provided.. even not provided water, tea coffee in a single day's. Not provided the some toilet shop, shampoo and others.. even not share the Wi-Fi details.. Room service person always demanding the daily basis tips for when you front they're... Be careful Reception service is very slow process to work.. I don't know how Goibibo rating this hotel to 4.3.. in our side Overall experience is to bad for others hotel booking. Per day we paid Rs 2850.

As per Costing is higher like 3* hotel, when this hotel not good for Facilities, Services and maintenance. We staying 4 days and last day taken breakfast for requested to Tea at many times and also to manager.. Reception department is also not activate person... Goibibo rating 4.2 out of 5. But is calculated I don't know actually confused.. Room not good or big against We investment for a single room.. every time Room service person demanding tips for her foods without services.. totally Bad service in this Hotel Gupta Inn.. we don't like.. our family also harassment for the employer..

My stay was short but it was made comfortable. Situated between Seven Hills Hospital and Apollo Hospitals, this hotel provides the service for the tariff they charge. One of the very few hotels with 24 hrs check-in, compared to the OYO kind of hotels. The breakfast was simple but tasted good. Liked the overall stay.

Want to give a negative star. AC you can hear fan sound but it never cols your room, always rely on fan. WIFI your 4G works far better than WIFI. A three star priced with a road side lodge services. Complimentary breakfast- yuk... cheap quality food served. Serving boys keep watching you carrying your luggage. On the checkout day everyone comes for room cleaning or carrying luggage expecting tips. Worst experience. They wrote their own reviews. No professional staff... Keeps gazing as though they have never seen a women. I have seen couple of guests arguing with management and staff in my 2 nights stay. Checked in based on images and google reviews. But it is the worst hotel I have seen. Rockdale is far better three star hotel which is available at gud prices when booked 2 weeks in advance.
