Washrooms completely not good as shown in the picture, house keeping is not doing well . Very unpleasant smell observed in AC room . Need to improve cleaning.

I hope i could have given negative remarks. The manager at reception at nights is very rude in talks. Plz avoid this hotel. I think he was drunk. Very unprofessional. AC is not working properly. House keeping work is not clean. Worst experience ever. I recommendation is to avoid this hotel. I hope OYO will take action against that miscreant manager.

Nice place to stay in and relax. Best in class for corporate bookings as well. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Housekeeping and maintenance are top notch. Staff are friendly and no problems are seen during our 15 days stay.

its a budget hotel to stay with family. The rooms are clean, but you will neither be provided with either dental kit nor comb. There will be simply a towel and 2 soaps and even the water they will be supplying will be R.O water in an unsealed bottle. It is advised to take food outside and even carry water to the room. The parking is limited for max 7-8 vehicles at a time. the R.K and varun beach is 10-15 mins drive if no traffic otherwise it takes 25-30 mins to reach there.

not a pleasant stay due to poor room service, non-maintained room, poor kitchen maintenance and no lunch facility, difficulty in connection to wi fi, defective toilet door, dirty walls and floors, poor lighting system due to 3 non-functioning roof LED bulbs and not providing mosquito repellants at night. However the room is spacious and nice to move around the it. If improvements are done, it is a nice hotel based on the tariff and location. Sorry for many negative comments.

It is a basic hotel with basic amenities. Do not expect great service but somehow they manage to satisfy the customer. Good for short stay but a not great one for to stay and enjoy the stay. No free wifi (when i stayed), no restaurant either. Better to look for food options close by which are better.

Hotels address mentioned in Maps directions is absolute wrong. Un necessarily spend money Rs410/- for cab and reached wrong location. Again from there spent 200/- to reach right location after consulting the receptionist. Rooms are big but wash room maintainance need.to be better. No restaurant. Complementary breakfast they bring from outside ,which is very late by them and did not get even after checkout.

The place is well designed and maintained. The staff is courteous and decently trained. Haven't tried the food though. I'd suggest this place to anyone who wants to look for a decent hassle free hotel stay.
