Treebo MVP Grand - Hotel in Vizag

I made reservation with false promise given by customer service saying early check in by 10 am but this was not communicated to Grand and grand reception denied to allot early 😕 . Starting from Lift operation, no proper seating area to early arrived customers and all administration is very pathetic..rooms and accessories in rooms not at all in good shape including bathroom accessories. Reception area in first floor is filled by Cigerette smoke multiple times, no maintenance at all .. sitting sofas are in worst condition..very disappointed with this facility and don not recommend.. majority reviews seems fake

Hotel location, services are good. Bed sheet are very good, but towels are very very bad. When supplies very good bedsheets why are very leniency on towels, it's damaged entire hotel reputation.

Well room location and service are good. But the room and washroom are not upto standard. The king size bed in the room is of 2 small matress making it difficult to sleep sometimes. Mirrors in the room and washroom had lot of stains on them. Westren toilet's lid is slightly to broken. Breakfast was good overall it was just a ok stay.

located in the vicinity of Medicover this treebo hotel was a no brainer if you want to spend few days. Hospitality was good. Complimentary breakfast, elevator geyser ac and other basic amenities available.

Perfect hotel for a perfect stay Very friendly staff with home kind of atmosphere what always attracts me to stay in this hotel. Very easy accessible location from any ware in Vizag. Moreover not a stressful to find for new people to Vizag. When it comes to hospitality staff here are one of the best each other, the way they are treating us feels like home atmosphere and the way they cares about us is my personal recommendation for anyone to stay in this hotel. Rooms are so spacious and hygiene is at on point. Housekeeping team is also very friendly and always keeps special notice regarding cleaning time to time. Amenities provided here is also appreciable personally. Very nearly located to beach as well it’s very easy to get transport from hotel to famous tourist places in Vizag. Front office staff are also appreciative always when they see repeated guests they used to make check in free flow without keeping wait for long time. Bellboy is a person who plays important role here. Always taking special care like family person and spends quality time with me. I will honestly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay in tourism area like Vizag. Even they provide breakfast as well and it was delicious. Changing menu for everyday and offering wide varieties of food for guests with family atmosphere and serving from heart always is highlighted here. Totally I’ll say it’s always worth even penny here to stay. Looking forward for more stays here. Thankyou Team.

The rooms are small but clean. Hardly any space to keep things. Breakfast was disappointing. Bread served expired and it was hard. The staff got another bread packet and we had from it but he kept the old slices of bread into the fresh packet which was not acceptable.

From 4 years I’ve been coming regularly to this property, great hospitality always maintained clean and hygiene, the complimentary breakfast they providing is so tasty, my special thanks to Mr Santhosh always helpful such a cool person and gentleman

Rooms are small but clean. There is a Domino's Pizza near the hotel. Additionally, there is a South Indian breakfast restaurant and meals place nearby. However, there are no Hindi channels available on the TV. Although breakfast is complimentary, the taste was not good. Kailashgiri is only 1 km from the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.
