Nice hotel to stay near the railway station. I had a good experience there from December 28th to 31st, 2023. The staff and manager were all nice. The only problem was bed bugs, but they provided spray that kills bed bugs instantly.

This hotel is a !!! SCAM !!!, My friend had booked a room there for same day checkout as he had to catch a flight the same day , he booked his stay on goibibo for 4:30 am check-in when he reached the reception , the hotel denied check-in and told he to go away , but later he reported Goibibo for guest checked-in , now as this property is non refundable goibibo dont support on calls and when we tried contacting the hotel , the manager just drops the call once we tell our issue , stay 100mtrs away from this hotel , booking a hotel now a days costs more in vishakapatnam but better costly than sorry.

Modern fittings, Good staff... Good Wifi connectivity. Foods are cheap cost A major problem and the Only problem that I faced was bed have Bed bugs it doesn't allow me to sleep till mid night, and the Ac Remote was not working. Rest of all good. I got room for 1.3K for 22 Dec to 23. If you get it for a 900 INR it's most worthy.

Pathetic experience 😡😠. I wish if i could rate with negative stars. I booked a Executive AC room for 3 persons. No extra bed was provided by hotel. Had to sleep on the floor by spreading a towel.The running water in bathroom was rich in Algae. Dirty linen.It will take an hour if i write a detailed experience review. In 1 word i will suggest every 1 NOT TO BOOK ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL.

This hotel is above average. They have got spacious rooms with quick service. We booked it through make my trip. Service for good. Only once we did face an issue when the list was out of order for some hours. The staff was friendly. The best part is it is very close to the Railway Station (within 2 kms)

A disaster place.dont opt hall for any function. Ac inside the dining area doesnt function at all, yet you have to pay for the hall as AC dining hall, power bill is waived at highest of all the surrounding halls. Rooms which were alloted to us behind the function hall, doesnt have lock system, and rooms cant be locked during event, for any kind of safety. Washbasins and washrooms are at poor state, ac inside the rooms in 4th and third floor are not in functioning state, we have to beg them for switching on, and after the mains are on, ac will start finctioning by the time you vacate rooms, so even u book the ac room, u will end up using it as non acroom only. If lift is being used during an event, like marriage, then they will switch off the lift without any reason, and people with kids and senior citizens have to climb stairs, no one will respond when we want to ask for lift. Radhakrishna and ramesh are the people who are incharge for the halls, will allegedly say everything would be good, but, in real scenario all are in worst state. Rooms are stinking with cigarette smell, bedsheets were washed atleast 10years ago, room no 403, if u see then u can understand the state of hall. They will not allow decoration from outside, and they will insist on decoration from mahesh. Mahesh will start from then on, He will show nice decoration pictures, and will smoothly cheat you, loot you, and smother you. He will ask for 90% money as advance. If you dont agree to give then, he will not do as you instruct. For decoration items , even though they are prefixed and ready, he will say, they are freshly prepared for you, but he will refuse to give those photos and charts and posters give bck to you if you ask bcoz all they will be repeated for every function. All words which will be spoken from mahesh mouth is utterly false. One of our marriage function was extremly spoiled bcoz of mahesh neglegence. One of birthday party is also a disaster bcoz of him. Mahesh wanted to put number one for birthday , for three old boy, and he replied when we questioned as” that doesnt matter much, no one will see what number and what age it is, etc etc bla bla bla..” when we insisted to change the number , he reluctantly changed, and kept some worst spoiled number three.. i decided not to celebrate any function hence forth in this hall, and even if no option i have celebrate means, i will never call mahesh for decoration, i will do it myself with my frnz. Dont book this Dont book this Dont book this Dont book this If had chance to give zero rating, then i would have given that.

How to find the place - If you are coming from Vizag Railway Station, it is just 10 minutes cab or auto journey. Situated at Railway New Colony, it is just beside the petrol pump. There is no visible board outside. So, be alart, there's a high chance you miss the spot. Rooms - Below average. Lacks maintenance badly. The shower was not working properly and the lift had it's own mind I believe (You'll understand if you stay there). Service - This is the point where they get 5 out of 5. We were allowed to check in early and they even took care of our luggage after we checked out for more than 8 hours. They also gave us a room & washroom to use to refresh ourselves. Overall good but a lot to improve.
