Please don’t get fooled by the name of FABHOTELS. The room was very dirty, the bed sheet and the linen were also dirty. There were at least 12 spiders in that room. In the night there were lot of mosquitoes. Fab hotels should do proper checks before listing a hotel on their website.

I booked the hotel thru Agoda.com(Pre paid) but the hotel manager denied Agoda booking and tried to extract money,Hotel manager totally a anti social man don't booked this hotel, Agoda is not responding in this issu

Booked through Fab website after seeing many 5 star reviews. In the website it showed nice and clean deluxe room. But reality was different. AC was not clean. Bathroom was small. Room was not clean. Many small cockroches. No water bottles are given. Continues cigarette smell. Vegetarian restaurants are 1km away. Hotel doesn't have any food option. Definitely not recommend for family. Looks like they give pathetic rooms to pre paid booking. Never book online. Always go to hotel, check the rooms, make sure your requirements are fulfilled, then pay.

Everything is perfect. Reasonable price. Clean Rooms, washroom. Tv,Ac working condition. Center of the city near to railway station. Water facilities outstanding. Hot water. Two thing I did not like. 1. I stayed for two days but they did not ask room service. 2.Morning 8.00 o clock, Boy asked tip hitting ring Bell multiple times .

I want to share my experience with Fabhotel Akshara innotel Visakhapatnam. I have booked through online it for 3 nights delux double bedded room, Fabhotel customer executive send me pictures of room which was clean decorated. After that I agreed to pay Rs. 2000/- per night, I have paid 25 percent advance. Customer executive assured me that service would be great. After reaching hotel I saw room was very small, dirty, bed sheet had lots of strain. Any Towel, soap, kettle, glass, tea/coffee, complementary water bottle were not given, my room no was 305, Ac was not working. Lots of mosquito there, When I asked for good night oil they said it would be arranged, but how who will arrange i couldn't understand till my check-out. I told them about ac, they told me without checking that ac was working. Somewhere I felt that they did that intentionally because they had not any basic sence or attitude how treat your guests especially in the era of online booking/ review. The only good thing was location, very near to Railway station, lots of Street food stall there. It has also been mentioned that within 5 minutes checking in they have asked me for balance amount almost 10 times, I just said after getting fresh i will pay. Now, points to be noted. 1. Don't go in this hotel after reading fake reviews. Room was small, bathroom was tiny but Clean 2. Staffs specially receptionist lady and boy have no etiquette and decency. 3. Room rent maximum 1000 perday at last I have to say as lower middle class person please don't waste your your hard earned money in fab hotels and this type of hotels. They are just making us fool .Never go to this hotel, even never pay advance, the condition of this hotel is pathetic, they just take your money and gives zero facilities, Fabhotel just make us fool, never ever book hotels from fabhotel. They will not value your trust
