I had been to this hotel 2 days back to meet my family friends. I don't know much about the room cleanliness but I found that rooms are spacious enough. Location is the biggest plus point for this hotel. You can take a service auto from Tatichetlapalem signal towards the srikanya theater route and this is the shortest route for those who come from NAD Junction. Finding the hotel is bit difficult for the people who come here first-time because it is not on the road point.

They charged 1344 rs (1200+144 GST). They could clear the rooms and bathrooms properly and wash bedsheets and clean their hallway, then it will look somewhat good for the price we are paying. Budget Friendly, I guess.

It's a budget hotel. Everything about this hotel is just average. Good for one day or night stay. Close to railway station and bus complex. Parking place was good enough if you are coming by personal vehicle. We took 4 rooms, for most of them there is no lock ring for washroom. This is an annoying thing. Bed sheets also not clean, we used our own bed sheets and towels.

The hotel stuffs including the manager working in the day time are very nice and cooperative and helpful but people working since evening is not good. The rooms are not as they look like in the pictures, I repeat they DO NOT look like the same as the pictures in the google. We had to move our room in the middle of the day because the light in the room wasn't working and they failed to make it work even after replacing the tubelight. Most of the rooms has small cockroaches roaming in the corner of doors and bathroom as well. The rooms are not windy or open to sunlight hence kinda moisty. Overall judging the price of the room I would give them a 2 star.

Worst location. You won't be able to find out this hotel on your first day. The surroundings are really bad. Most of the time there are drunk Rickshawwalas roaming around the streets. The rooms are big and dirty with a stinky musky smell. The hotel staffs are horrible. They kept my Aadhar card for two days and gave it back to me during check out. I would not recommend it to anyone. Even if you're low on budget don't go to this hotel. Find another one offline, you can get easily.

The price is good. We stayed with our family. Room was pretty good. Wifi was available only at the reception. The room was average. But we could adjust it. A little old room. Staffs did not help us much. But we did not need any help from them. They were not much bothering to help the customers. We could get a Triple AC room within Rs.2000/-. So we enjoyed the stay.
