BLUE MOON HOTEL

The hotel was good. I reserved for non A/C from MMT but management was kind to upgrade it to a/c with 1000/- for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room and washroom was neatly maintained. Linens were also neat. The hot water is not 24*7. But prior information they can turn on heater . Can request for additional cleaning if required, they will do it. Overall worth it for money and budget suitable. I recommend.

It was great experience with this hotel . All the staffs very friendly in nature and their staffs are so supportive. They also arrange foods for you at anytime with a call.It's been really had a good time. The hotel has very safe environment. Thank you

I have stayed here for 8 days Whenever you visit vizag no need to think about much just check in blue moon hotel. Rooms are class, service is class. Location is in the center City near to beach. Near there are many restaurants. And the owner personally looks at every issue. Best man to talk around. I suggest family and singles to check in without hesitation. First kinda hotel and with an awesome environment with a friendly owner. Sincerely appreciation and regards for future. Such a good person. 5/5.

Perfect location, Perfect room and perfect service from the hotel, Surely can recommend to anyone who wanna stay peacefully in an affordable price never hesitate to book. Hygienic washrooms and cozy beds for the comfortable sleep.

It's ok for a night stay . Heater was not working. AC was set to 16 degrees without any option to control the temperature. Remote control not working. No option to switch off AC either. Only way to switch it off was by pulling off the key card. But entire power supply for the room was cutoff. Many cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets were not so clean. Water bottles were provided whenever asked for Additional bed provided at night They were allowing early check-in which suited our travel plan. Owner is not even aware which room is being discussed and commenting that we were drunk. We stayed as a family and we are teetotalers. Reduced stars for this behaviour.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. But parking is not there i face the problem parking & Hot water allso not providing other things was nice AC is old not working remote

I stayed here for 2-3 days , Owner is very friendly and by heart he is gems. Everything he is looking personally and any problem he is there 24x7.. Everything available nearby. Also he has own veg restaurant with good food quality at affordable price. Rooms are very clean and sevice boy also available 24x7. Don't listen any person specially auto agents those who are staying near vizag station. They will tell you that the hotel is not good , bar is there , market is very far but don't listen there words becoz the hotel they choose they have there commision system and Moon blue don't entertain them like others. I also first got scared when I listen there words but I follow my Gut feelings and said once I will go and personally I want to see the rooms then I will decide and when I came I got very happy bcoz my feelings is right. So don't listen them. Once come down to hotel and look personally

This is the worst hotel I went. And the Behaioeur of the owner is also tooo bad because I was offer 800 at 6 pm and vacate at 10 am morning on that time he was saying no part time full time then we give 1000 for 24 hrs after morning my health is not well on that time he had a call with me u will say 10 clock vacate . And yesterday he was saying 24 hrs . And he telling that on that time I’m not well . This is the story happen in this hotel Note: Lift not working in Mornings Hot water isssue Pooor Room service Hanuman will give u punch then u will get Which things that u doo Don’t pray prayers to god . Help others that willl help u Worst Hotel and worst Behaviour There are so many hotels near pls go there I Definitely not Recommend for All of us
