HOTEL BRK ICONIC RESIDENCY

I stayed for a month at this place and it was fantastic. Dr. Bharath is an amazing host and will make sure you're more than comfortable. He has designed the whole place with all his heart and it is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and will always greet you with a smile. A must recommendation if one is planning to visit Vizag.

We were 7 members..we had taken 3 rooms for 2 days..Very homely atmosphere..owner is very helpful..room attenders are very polite.. regarding rooms, service and location all are excellent..most important it's price is very genuine and affordable..

Excellent interior work, pocket friendly charges but complimentary breakfast should be there, it is so basic for every other hotels now, thanks they provide at least drinking waters. The attendant are so greedy, they never leave guest without taking tip.

Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing staff, accommodating and flexible check-in, and an enjoyable stay. Sir Dr Bharatha Ramesh was co-operative & helpful across 3 days.

Rooms are okay. But the owner took care more about the bedsheets. If the bedsheet gets a mark if we eat in the room. He will ask etc money for cleaning. Very funny. If It repeat again. No one will take rooms. Example I only sent 500rs for cleaning

The location is accessible to highway but a limited guest party can only be planned here. 50-70 should be ideal. The entrance of the building was letting water stay stagnant.

Almost I stayed 15 days in BRK ICONIC RESIDENCY.. This is very secure place.. They are maintaining very well.. Prices are affordable... Especially Room interior is too good

Worst maintenance by owner and he don't know how to behave with customers. And you can see below his reply how he is reacting towards us (customers) . please avoid this owner . And save your money and your peace 🕊️
