Treebo PL Grand - Siripuram Visakhapatnam

Service was not so great. There is no proper receiving of guests. The room was not organized before check-in. Smart card lock wasn't working, toiletries were missing. Had to follow-up multiple times to get things organized. Receptionist at the desk was slow in response. Good about this hotel was its location. Felt price was a bit high.

Rooms are clean and spacious. However towels when used have chalk/dust when applied over face. Not sure if they are washed regularly . Water bottle is 50 rs . Property owner should fix all the showevers I guess as the two rooms we took are leaking it may damage walls or roof in long term

Happy stay very help ful staff good service happy to stay in dis hotel good buffet breakfast. In the mrg happy place very good. Leasire place to stay waltair kitchen restaurant is good tasty And othontic food very good to eat in dis place city centre place

Loved everything about the hotel. The rooms and the breakfast, everything was good. |It is in the centre of the city, and everything is in close distance.|The city looks beautiful from the hotel too.||Will totally recommend for your stay :))))

I have stayed in dis very good experience good hospitality great receiving good spacious room. With city view city center place great place peaceful good is very good tasty ,continental cuisine is available in waltair kitchen good response from staff

1. Room is average 2. room landline was not working 3. no hotel boy to help with luggage or show till room. You will need to figure out your room floor and direction with luggage by yourselves. 4. we ordered mushroom creamy soup. It was not creamy, it was rather amul milky soup. so would not recommend if you are lactose intolerant. Also food options was quite limited. 5. Do not expect any hotel hospitality, it's just a hotel with room and affordable.

The hotel is good staff was helpfull and kind. Had small disturbance because of F&B staff but a manager newly joined had helped me with this also given local assistant, it is good to see PL Grand walking a mile for us. Thank you team PL Grand
