APTDC Governor's Bungalow And Suites

Worst stay of my life. Dirty is an understatement for this hotel. If you unfortunately book and decide to stay here, like me, you'll realize that ₹5000/- has no value in today's world. Torn and dirty towels. If there's even a small iota of integrity and responsibility towards taxpayers' money left in AP govt, they should either close down this hotel or renovate it before taking money from people and renting out these rooms.

Price is very high, they are not provided basic needs like shampoo, Tv , wi-fi, water bottle and towels.

Very good experience in all aspects. Scenic location. Spacious clean and safe. Very near to west view point. Very cooperative staff. They gave me early check in. Care taker Ashok is very helpful. It justifies the cost for family visit. Clean and reasonable tasty food. Only caution is restaurant is bit far. Old age people may have issues climbing up down many times. Get your own water bottles. Coffee tea bags. No TV

Room was big and good. Staff was nice and quick in response. Initially linen and towels given were used and dried but once same was objected to they were changed. No water for drinking was provided. We had to buy water. Dairy whitner supplied was expired in May 2022 and only for one day bed tea. Area around is littered with plastic bottles and polythene bags. No TV signal. No internet wifi. At night there are no security lights and area is pitch dark.

Rooms are very poorly maintained. The sheets were dirty and the entire building reeks of mould and lack of maintenance. Dont book in Governors Bungalow if you are planning to stay overnight. The cottages would just serve the purpose.

Hospitality is Good , Rooms at Governor bungalow are Good , No view at room but post a walk of 200 Meters down the stairs it has a Sunrise and Sunset View point and most lushy Green campus with wide walk ways can have a Pretty good time with family in the midst of Nature enjoying the Cool Breeze. Sometimes the winds are crazy And sounds feel like a waterfall near by but these are Neelgiri tree leaves Happy Stay
