Location is good but service is worst. While check in we heard they gave our room to another guest who checked in before us. And when we asked why? they just replied did it by mistake and we had given room to different floors just because of their mistake. And in reply they said , Please adjust, its just a matter of one night. Ridiculous. While checking in they followed us for dinner order just after entering the room at 6 pm. We want evening tea but they deny the order saying that we are making foods for dinner. At last we request for breakfast at 7:30, they directly rejected and said bf time is after 8 , and we got our bf at 8:15. Rooms are spacious but not clean as they have mat. The mats are not clean Worst hotel service and so unprofessional employees I’ve seen. Highly not recommend 👎

A well-situated guest house near the Lower Gompa and Bomdila Market run by warm and welcoming people. We were three people staying on the third floor. The room was simple and spacious. Ample hot water available which was a plus for the weather. Great view of the monastery and beyond from the window and outside the door. We didn't require much service but the staff were receptive and keen to help. They met our breakfast and tea requests well and on time. The location is ideal for those looking to be near the market (it is a minute's walk at best) but also not right in the middle of it. It was quiet enough for us. Thanks to the staff for being so courteous and welcoming. A nice place to stay at a good price.

Except location, everything was pathetic. I would not suggest if you are with children or elderly people. Last stayed on 13/10/2024. For location I give 2 star as it was near to the market. Market is cheaper as compared to Tawang but options are limited. No wifi, no TV connection although there is a TV in each room, no electric kettle, no power backup and no intercom though you can find intercom in rooms.

Rooms are decent, but heaters are provided with extra cost. Rooms are too cool and it is mandatory to get heaters, good is decent but the service is too slow. The location is good it's just beside the monastery and very near to the market.

If you are planning to take a halt in Bomdila on your way to Tawang, Budha Guest House will be a very good option. The rooms were big and clean. Staff is very nice. Food was okay

Very good rooms. Rooms are on higher floors only. No lift facility. Property belongs to the monastry. The carpet was clean and gave a wonderful insulation from the cold. We got a triple bed room with one king size bed and one single bed. Room and bath were clean and spacious. They gave heater on added charge, but switched off the 15 amps power supply after 9.30 pm. They said it was due to power failure but we didn't get them to work till morning. We felt cozy with the blankets provided. We ordered roti, chaval, daal which was good. Check in checkout was hassle free. We wanted to stay there while on our return too but it was booked on that day. Their staff helped us with luggage, so we didn't have any problem at all.

Buddha Guest House is situated in the Main Market, Bomdila opposite to the Thubchog Gatsel Ling Monastery(popularly known as the Lower Gonpa). It is managed by the administration of Bomdila Monastery(Gontse Gaden Rabgye Ling Monastery). It is a newly constructed guest house with spacious and well furnished rooms for comforts of the guests. There are 6 Triple sharing rooms and 4 double sharing rooms. Tariff for double sharing rooms is @ ₹2200 each per day and that of triple sharing rooms is @ ₹2500 each per day. Keeping in view its competitive rates with other hotels and guest houses of Bomdila and owing to better amenities available here the rate is rational. Hygienic dining facility in the dining hall and prompt room services are the attractive features. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are provided upon the advance orders. Meals are less spicy here and hence, guests desiring spicy meals may dine out in near by hotels withi 2-3 minutes of walking distance. The staff behaviour is excellent. Owing to its location in the main market area but in a comparatively at quiet place with very good transport and communication facility it gives an excellent experience of stay while going to and fro Tawang.
