Hotel Hill Plaza

Very poorly maintained. Bed linen and towels were dirty. Staff are not well trained. Basic minimum facility are not there in this hotel. I would not recommend this property for family trip.

Rooms are not upto the mark, not clean and small rooms. Service is absolutely worst. Too noisy and no peaceful sleep also. Bedsheets are not comfortable.

Very nice, clean and spacious room with amenities like electric kettle, room heater, geyser with 24 hour water supply. The room service was excellent. Feels like home away from home. Wish to visit again.

Good rooms though a tad small. But has amenities like a proper heater, electric kettle, geyser. The rooms are tastefully done, clean.

The single room I looked at (Rs.1200) was tiny with no windows at all and smelled weird. But the double room I got instead (Rs.1800) was pretty nice - new and clean with big windows (though the windows are tinted, so limited sunlight gets in). Geyser connected to showerhead, small room heater, kettle. They seem to have a generator for Bomdila's frequent power outages, so the lights will stay on, but the geyser and heater are not connected to it. The reception desk was inconsistently staffed, but the owner always responded when I called his phone. The place is quite noisy, with the loud chatter of tourist groups echoing loudly through the corridors and into the room until about 10 in the evening, and again from around 7 in the morning (bring earplugs). Fun location right in the middle of the town bazar.

Great place to spend ur vocation with family surrounded with authentic lip smacking dishes n staffs who cater to u efficiently. I love it’s prime location and you get the overview of the entire hill, and recommend everyone to stay here on your trip. Love you guys u made my vocation a memorable one.

Very poor facilities. There is no good heater even the geaser isn't effective. There was no electricity for the entire stay which inturn didn't allow us to even use the electric kettle. The hotel staff refused to give us towels. They messed up with room service and gave the order the next door in turn refusing us of our order. Poor response at reception.
