I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This hotel is very old and the rooms are somewhat damp. No electric kettle was there and we had to continuously ask them to provide hot water and other necessities. They did not had a kitchen and they brought us food from outside. We had no other option as there were no other hotel available at our date. However the hotel staff was good and the boys carried our luggage to our rooms too. Geyser was properly working so no complaints about it.

Rooms are good, but not properly clean, as per my experience.. No dustbin, no Soap, no Glass water, TV available but not working at any room, service switch available but no body care.. so you have to manage all yourself. Food come from outside so ..Must order before 6:30 in advance Parking available,

Update as of 24th oct 2023. Best stay at affordable price. Manager Kunjack, Asst manager and all the fellow helpers are young and energetic very helping. They carry each bag upto the topmost floor. Guest are well taken care of. Geyser, warm water everything available. Had a good and cozy stay all because of Kunjack and his associates extremely good hospitality. Most recommended. Deep Jyoti Nath Dept. Of Finance, Assam.

We checked-in to the hotel on 24th Dec 2018. We reached there around 9pm. The hotel staff did not provide any food, even after our humble request. Service staff is not so polite. Would highly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel during winters especially. The rooms were freezing with cold wind, as there are some air leaks observed in the rooms. No heater was provided. Even the geyser was not working properly, and hence no hot water for bathing. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience. The only positive things were, it is situated in a beautiful scenic spot and parking facility is good.

It's an economic hotel. Mostly tourists going to Sela pass or tawang will take night halt in this place. Climate is cool in this area. So heaters may be required for the people coming from hot regions but the problem in this hotel is, there are no enough rooms with heaters. Only few rooms with heater. There is parking facility in this hotel.
