Pemaling Lords Inn Dirang

Wonderful hotel with with good views really caring staff. Must really appreciate the manager and the supporting staff. We were stuck in various landslides , the last one for nearly 4-5 hrs. The manager called to take order for dinner and at 10 pm they were waiting for us with a smile. Hot food was served immediately. On the downside I cannot but help making some negative observations. Hygiene and cleanliness goes for a toss here. The rice was almost raw. Next morning at breakfast most of the tables were dirty. What was shocking was the boiled eggs had hen poop on them. When I brought it to the notice of the guy serving , he very casually told me sometimes it remains even after boiling. Meaning they don't wash beforehand?

Awesome place to stay. Very hygenic. Great food!!! Great service by staff!!!! Well maintained with lots of beautiful plants. They also have room heater. Great idly, sambar, chutney for breakfast. Tastier that what we get in south India😁. They provide room and food at reasonable price for our driver too. Beautiful scenery from rooms with river water gushing sound. Much recommended place!!!!!

Only outside look is good. It's a sarai with basic minimum. Ok for bikers transit stay perhaps. Towels were dirty. Bed was worse. The water was black we could not bring ourselves to take a bath. Dinner was horrible. Morning bfast had oily poha

We stayed for a night Staff is really helpfull No lift but very short stairs After 10 pm no service available Dinner n breakfast was good n decent Jain options were good Dhanjit the manager took really good care of our stay we were a family of 12 n really enjoyed it

Pemaling Lords Inn is a hotel which had every potential to be a great place for getaway. Beautiful location and a helpful owner to guide us with our travel plan as well. However, I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The service was abysmal, with staff appearing disinterested and unhelpful. The food was equally dreadful, tasting as if it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Save your money and avoid this establishment at all costs. My mother who is a vegetarian was served non-veg and their callous attitude was even more annoying with no sign of remorse. On top of that, when we raised our concern to the owner, the manager at the property heckled us and questioned us on why we have shared our review. Only one person from room service was helpful. Overall, it was an Extremely disappointing experience.

The hotel is really good for accomodation. It's the oldest in the town and the rooms are good. The hospitality is equally good. Can definitely take a small halt while enroute Tawang.
