Hotel SC Continental

The 5 star reviews must be absolutely fake. The hotel looks great on the pics but the reality is totally different. Rooms and bathrooms are run down public spaces dirty and dusty. Rooms were 4000 but hardly worth half of it. 2000 is already overpriced. Breakfast was ok but only Poori. so no choice.

Shabby rooms and corridors. Playing loud music outside room in the lawn even after 11pm at night! There are tourists who come from far off places think about their comfort as well! Booked it from cleartrip where lift was added in amenities but guys there is no lift in the hotel. Its actually sc grand hotel!

Great customer service. Delicious meals prepared in the restaurant, clean and well maintained rooms, Courteous Manager & staff were real quick in service. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Truly appreciate the extra efforts to upgrade and sharing a reliable driver's sevices. Thanks a million!

Rooms are spacious and perfect for business trip. Perfect view of Itanagar city from room's window. Service is good but bit delayed in responding. They got a very nicely located in-house restaurant. Overall had a perfect stay at the Hotel. RECOMMENDED

Those broken and dirts will cost you stay 4400 per night. At 2000 there is no window curtain, broken door hooks, noisy doors, defected electric wiring’s, old enough to replace with new. Hotel’s interior needs upgrades. Food and service is good. Price are bit a high according to rooms scenery. 2 stars only for service and friendly employees. Sorry SC continental.

The rooms are spacious and facilities are good. Importance to maintenance has to be given. The bed linen were bit soiled and with hair strands, pillow in one bed was soft while the other bed had a hard one. We had our dinner which was nearly good. The property is not prime but ok in that city. It’s not visible from the main road, only if you know the place you can reach there easily. We are not sure whether the housekeeping team is there or not, we haven’t spotted even one guy. In a city like Itanagar, this seems a good place to stay. If the same property is in a big city it will be just an average one. There is enough space for car parking.

The hotel is little away from the main Itanagar market, the reason the area is comparatively less noisy. Rooms are properly arranged, clean and have all basic facilities. Room services are good. Staff behaviour is also good. Need to use stairs to go to floors because there is no elevator. Hotel has one attached restaurant cum bar. Parking space is sufficient. Both veg and non veg food is available. Ambience is pleasant. Space in restaurant is sufficient to organise small parties. Restaurant has some sitting arrangements in balcony of the restaurant, from where one can enjoy scenic beauty.
